Despite a mix-up on our part for the time of our reservation the staff went out of their way to accommodate our group of six for dinner on a weekend in January. The food was excellent and the desserts were over the top. We'll be back.

If you have to make a choice, you MUST go here! The best food in all of Stowe, in a very relaxed atmosphere, and at a price that will not break the bank. I had the Beagle Burger, which was one of the best I have ever had, and I could go on and on about the clam chowder. Beer... More

always great food. you can bring your dog onto the patio (even though ours stayed in the car because he barks at other dogs). The menu is unique and fun!

One of the best meals we had in Stowe all week. We ate at the restaurant one night and did take out another night. Owner super friendly!

We made reservations the day before (for a mid-week dinner) and we were warmly greeted by the owner upon our arrival. We were quickly seated and greeted promptly and eagerly by our server. We started with fresh baked bread,a salad and a mug of their clam chowder, which was followed by a delicious Thai peanut stir fry with chicken, and... More

We went to Gracie's on our first night in Stowe. We arrived at 5:00. It appeared empty; but evidently most of the tables were reserved for "call ahead." I found this out from the owner who I felt was scolding us for not calling ahead. Last time I checked, a Tuesday mid-week in Stowe VT is not high season. I... More

Thank you for your comments on our restaurant. August is by far the busiest month of the year for us. This particular Tuesday we served over 200 dinners. Multiple large parties and plenty of families. We try our hardest to accommodate everyone who comes to Gracie's. I am sorry I fell short on this occasion. I did speak to you... More

Having been to Gracie's on several occasions, I've come to expect both excellent food and service of equal excellence. Well, this is one visit that I'll remember for awhile. Let me begin by saying it was a beautiful afternoon when we arrived and the restaurant wasn't overwhelming busy as there were no lines out the door at this time. That’s... More

Gracie's has a warm and pub-like atmosphere. Loved the dog theme. There is a large selection of beers- I enjoyed trying some from a local brewery. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. The menu has a variety of options for everyone- I am a vegetarian and had no trouble at all. My husband was happy with his steak . There... More

We are really surprise by the quality of the food. Fishe and Chip sandwich was made locally and, light and tasty. Very nice place and excellent service.

Went for dinner, and the service and atmosphere were great. The restaruant is cozy and homey, although the dog decor is a little over done. There is a nice patio, if you prefer to eat outside, and is great for families. The restaurant inside is very warm and cozy. A good place for a couple to have a nice warm... More
