Ok but the atmosphere they had in their old place has gone.

Food was ok but the place lacks soul. We went to Gracies many years ago when they were opposite the Green Mountain Inn and were keen to try their new place. Should have given it a miss and kept the memories. To be fair they squeezed us in with no notice which was great and the food was ok. If... read more

My boyfriend and I came here our first night in Stowe on a recommendation from our hotel. So glad we did! It was very busy but luckily we were able to get a seat at the bar. Definitely make a reservation! The food was tasty and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I can't wait to go back!

Our family of four went to Gracie's for dinner, upon the recommendation of the woman working at our motel. She was right..great food, nice people. I had a Waldorf salad with grilled chicken. It was a definite dinner size portion and everything was fresh and tasty. They make their own bread there, which was delish. They sell loaves as well.... More

I've been hearing about this place for years, and have wanted to try it a couple times, but it's always super crowded and I could never get a table. Finally got smart and made a reservation well in advance, and I was not disappointed. The food was good, in particular, my wife and I had a shrimp special that was... More

my experience at Gracies was nothing but heaven/it was Feb 13th 2015/we were greeted by the owner Archie and we had a fireplace seating/our waitress Desiree was fabulous/it was a first class dining experience with champagne and wonderful meals consisting of a spicy shrimp and very tender pork chops/a wide menu choice/I would highly recommend this beautiful restaurant to everyone... Visited stowe once last year and this year. Wife loves the burgers and sweet potato fries. I usually get the maple glazed salmon and they have good value and offer coupons

We had dinner here our first night in Stowe and enjoyed our experience. They were able to get us in without a reservation due to some cancellations, and we were grateful for that. The fresh bread and french fries were amazing. The black-bean burger on the other hand was dry and not very flavorful. We would go back, but try... More

While staying at the nearby Stowehoff, we just rolled down the hill to Gracies. Mid-winter, mid-week, and the parking lot was quite full. Attractive, casual seating. As we walked to our table, adjoining diners were suggesting their favorite dishes, usually not a bad sign. Our party of four had a variety of dishes, all good. Burgers are offered in multiple... Have eaten at Gracie's many times and have always enjoyed the food and the service. They try to make you feel welcome. The location in Stowe is very nice. I have not had a bad experience there.

Two years ago, we visited Gracie's and found the food and management excellent. This week, we visited Gracie's again, and something was wrong. There were no cars in the parking lot, there was only one waitress, and the manager assured us that the fish was delivered the previous day. As soon as the fish entrees were delivered to our table,... More

Donkamienski; I am very sorry to hear of your poor experience at Gracie's this year. We do receive fresh seafood from Boston every Tuesday and Friday. I do not know which day you dined with us but that is when the fish would be delivered. I hope the manager tried to replace your meals or get you something else. We... More
