Delicious food, unassuming interior

When we arrived at Gracie's at a friend's recommendation, we weren't sure what we were getting into. It doesn't feel as fancy as the prices suggest, and overall it felt a little dated at first. But we were instantly reassured by the friendly and attentive service. Our group of six had a variety... read more

Came here with a big group of family. A bit loud but comfortable inside with many paintings of dogs which was cute, outside seating for people that bring their dogs. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about questions she was asked. The food was pretty good, large portions. I wouldn't hurry back though.

We were a very large group, about 18. the server Natlie was excellent! Food ranged from okay to excellent. Thai stir fry was pretty good. Burger was mediocre, especially since the bun was very soggy. Fried fish was very good. Recommend this restaurant to anyone for pretty good food and very good service.

We stopped in based on reviews from another website. So glad we did. Our family (including our teenage daughter) sat and ate at the bar. First, the bartender, Tom, was amazing and extremely personable. He made sure we were well taken care of and were having a great time. Second, the food was so good. My boyfriend had the really... I had phoned to book for 12 couples for Saturday May 16th 5:30pm, our numbers went up to 14, I asked the owner for another small table and 4 extra chairs, his response in a very snotty voice was " it is Saturday night honey, no". I was very upset, they did have a lot of seats and tables empty.... More

When you walk in Gracie's you are greeted with walls adorned with pictures of dogs. There is even a sign that says "Dogs welcome - Cats by appointment only." The food is excellent. The meat and dairy are from a local farm. They also bake their on bread and have a special bread on the menu. When we were there... More

Generous serving size totally but the main parts of the entree I had was small (5 shrimp in a shrimp and fish dish). Whipped potatoes were dry. The service was excellent in spite of a full dining room. We were moved indoor, very efficiently, from the patio when a few drops of rain suddenly occurred.

Gracie's was recommended by the hotel staff where I was staying, as a place with great food at reasonable prices. The food was wonderful, I went for dinner there both evenings of my weekend. Staff were efficient and friendly. I had Shepard' s Pie made from VT local raise beef, a hearty, tasty meal for $9.99, their dinner special for... More

Unpretentious setting, but pleasant with a lot of warmth. Our family liked the decor largely dedicated to dogs! The food is reasonably priced and very tasty. We went twice during our trip to Stowe. Don't miss their clam chowder, it is the best we have tasted anywhere.

Visited during March Break and ate here along with another family. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were very generous! The fried chicken and jambalaya were delicious. The waitress was very friendly and funny. We had a great meal, the atmosphere is very casual and welcoming.
