Had a late lunch last week (friday) at Crop. Nice selection of items on the menu, coupled with a great backyard patio made for a very pleasant experience. Service was good, attentive and quick. I ordered the fish (cod) and chips. Nothing too complicated to make but enjoyed it. I'd return. Interior... read more

I could have eaten the entire menu.and felt satisfied. We ate at the bar where Steven, the bartender, helped us find the perfect selections. The salmon and grilled watermelon and quinoa was divine. Go and enjoy awonderful meal.

We went here based on reviews in Trip Advisor. We sat at the outside bar and had dinner and drinks. The bartender was awesome, he explained the beers to us including some that were not on the menu. We started with the beer sampler, and picked the ones we liked the best to have. We ordered meals, I had the... More

This is a great spot for craft beers (try the Brown Ale). The food was a little to over the top for my tastes. If you want basic American fare give this place a pass. The atmosphere is pleasant and a lot of changes have been made since it was the "Shed." The service here is excellent.

Our first meal in Stowe as it was easy walking distance from our lodging. The interior decor is unique and interesting so if you eat on the patio be sure to walk through. Great service, we enjoyed the fried pickles, sandwiches were okay.

Sat in the front pub area. Waiter had a great knowledge of their beers. I had the Bavarian Weizen, and my hubby had the Brown Ale. Got a few apps for the 2 of us to spit for dinner. Fried pickles were great, charcuterie board was really good. Their poutine was Amazing! They used a brisket gravy with chunks of... More

Food was excellent. Back patio was enjoyable on a summer day. Wait staff was great. Let us take our time through a few courses.

It has been a few years since we've been to Stowe, so we were pleasantly surprised to see Crop Bistro and Brewery in place of The Shed. Walking in, we had no idea of the Extreme Home Makeover Restaurant Edition which must have occurred during our absence. Truly a remarkable (and much improved) difference in atmosphere! The menu, while fairly... More

Hostess was extremely rude! Put us at a picnic table, which apparently was the only seating for 10 available. They apparently weren't seating anyone inside at the time. Had to move the table and benches around myself in order for it to not be wobbly. 5 adults and 5 kids at a picnic table was not the service I would... More

I like the new Crop. It is under new ownership and they have changed the dining room to a very new style of cow banquettes. The burgers and beers here are still amazing. The service was good and the prices are fair. The menu is farm to table and delicious.
