We love food - not just any food but great food! Couple that with outstanding service and we’re happy campers. Thats what we wanted to bring to everyone in Stowe! Not only are we a great spot for salad seekers and vegetarians but if you’re looking for some savory comfort food then we wont disappoint! Our goal for the cafe is not to be boxed into one type of cuisine. We love and enjoy different flavors and thats what you can expect with us on any given day.All of our food is made fresh using the highest quality ingredients so every bite is a delight and every person you meet will greet you with a smile thats genuine! Many of our Italian and Mediterranean dishes were handed down to us from our families that have been in this business for generations and we couldn't be prouder to bring them to your table. See you soon!Warmest Regards,Athena and Tim

Home of the cow sized salads

We popped in here for a quick lunch and since I was hankering for a big bowl of greens, I was delighted to see that you can 'design' your own salad. It's a cute breekie and lunch spot in Stowe, but like most places in this touristy town, it is not cheap. However, I will say the ingredients were... read more

We often go to Black Cap Cafe for weekend lunch, coffee and some relaxing time but since their food option is very limited we decided to look for another place and this is what we found. Their menu is indeed much more extensive to our satisfaction, from breakfast sandwiches to breakfast platters to wide variety of lunch sandwiches to smoothies... More

We enjoyed our breakfast, which was healthy, fairly priced and delicious. The home fries were among the best we had ever eaten. The freshly squeezed juice was outstanding.

We have been here several times and it is a definite keeper! The place, the staff and the food are always on top! Never been disappointed. And in Vermont well breakfast is an early morning affair so that we can enjoy the day! And clean!!

Riddle me this Batman. When is a breakfast & brunch place that closes at three not a Breakfast place? Apparently some magical time before noon on a weekend no less when they will no longer make you any eggs. In this way its apparently just like McDonalds. Should have just gone to Dunkins I guess...

Stopped in for breakfast just because it was within walking distance from the hotel I was staying at in Stowe. My boyfriend and I both ordered breakfast sandwiches, which were delicious! In the interest of time, we took them to go, but they had plenty of seating inside if we had stayed. The rest of the menu looks great and... More

Known for make your own salads, that are huge, the sandwiches are just as good! Fresh, quality ingredients and unique combinations. BLAT - applewood smoked bacon, romaine, avocado, tomato with spicy mayo on toasted white bread was delicious! Smoothies, teas, coffee, espresso, breakfast or lunch this is a good stop. Splitting a sandwich is a good option if you're not... More

Green Goddess offers a wide range of great menu items. I ate there for breakfast. Service was ice cold. Terrible. Cashier was not friendly and was clueless regarding questions I asked on the menu. I would go again based on the good food but don't expect a warm welcome.

This is hands down one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. It is a quick service restaurant (no wait staff) but the food is INSANE! You have to go. It is a little bit of a drive out of down town Stowe but worth every minute in the car. Go on the first day in Stowe, because you... More
