Description: We love food - not just any food but great food! Couple that with outstanding service and we’re happy campers. Thats what we wanted to bring to everyone in Stowe! Not only are we a great spot for salad seekers and vegetarians but if you’re looking for some savory comfort food then we wont disappoint! Our goal for the cafe is not to be boxed into one type of cuisine. We love and enjoy different flavors and thats what you can expect with us on any given day.All of our food is made fresh using the highest quality ingredients so every bite is a delight and every person you meet will greet you with a smile thats genuine! Many of our Italian and Mediterranean dishes were handed down to us from our families that have been in this business for generations and we couldn't be prouder to bring them to your table. See you soon!Warmest Regards,Athena and Tim

At Stowe for ski weekend, finished skiing early and wanted to avoid on mountain food. Green Goddess was perfect: tasty sandwiches, hearty soups, healthy smoothies.

The title says it all. The food was amazing. The sandwiches took 30 minutes and the tables were so dirty we cleaned them ourselves. Sandwiches and a few sides for 4 adults and 2 kids were around 80 dollars so it's pricey. The food really was amazing. If either the service was better or the price was lower this would... More

Very busy with a huge selection of sandwiches freshly made with homemade bread, soups, mac'n' cheese, special dish of the day, big salad selection ,scrambles, omelettes, raw juice selections and smoothies. The system is to collect your order from the counter and clear your own dishes. The sandwiches were great packed with fillings. Don't expect everything to come together and we had... More

We heard great things and Green Goddess did not disappoint. GG has an extensive and creative menu. I had the Egg White and Pesto and my wife had Tree Hugger. We were quite impressed by the home made English muffins and home fries. When in Stowe, come here for breakfast!

There is a great variety of breakfast choices here, and the smell you experience as you walk in provides a nice welcome! The ingredients used tasted very fresh (maybe pretty healthy, too?), and it's a fun, funky environment to enjoy a meal.

We were looking for a brunch spot on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately we just missed breakfast, but were pleasantly surprised by all the amazing lunch options! Food very good - a little expensive for a family of 5, but to be expected I guess in the Stowe area! They were out of hot chocolate :( and also only one chocolate... More

Read reviews and tried it out on a whim. Pleasant surprise! Rich menu, friendly service, cheap prices, most excellent food. Country feel and charm, relaxed atmosphere, pick up and cleanup on your own. So what? Total of 20 seconds of my time. Great cafe and cannot wait to return. Oh, the coffee was out of this world.

The menu was fairly comprehensive for breakfast. The prices were moderately high. In my opinion there are better restaurants instead to have breakfast.

This is one of my favorite spots in Stowe. Breakfast or lunch you can't go wrong. Athena's daily specials are to die for and what you would hope you could cook at home. Salads, sandwiches, hot, cold, breakfast, lunch, smoothies, fresh juices and some of the friendliest staff around. Fresh, local ingredients and everything is made to order. Love you... More
