Description: We love food - not just any food but great food! Couple that with outstanding service and we’re happy campers. Thats what we wanted to bring to everyone in Stowe! Not only are we a great spot for salad seekers and vegetarians but if you’re looking for some savory comfort food then we wont disappoint! Our goal for the cafe is not to be boxed into one type of cuisine. We love and enjoy different flavors and thats what you can expect with us on any given day.All of our food is made fresh using the highest quality ingredients so every bite is a delight and every person you meet will greet you with a smile thats genuine! Many of our Italian and Mediterranean dishes were handed down to us from our families that have been in this business for generations and we couldn't be prouder to bring them to your table. See you soon!Warmest Regards,Athena and Tim

Seems like the place the locals come to eat. Interesting menu of sandwiches and salads. Everything was fresh and tasty. A short walk (or drive) outside of town. If you walk, head towards the police station. Just as you pass the police station, the sidewalk curves down by the river and there's a pretty waterfall.

Happened on this spot on the way out of town on our last day. Too bad we didnt find it sooner. Awesome breakfast sandwiches, almost too many to choose from and great coffee. We will be back.

Lots of menu choices, good fresh food, awesome coffee and very friendly staff. This is an awesome location to bring your book or newspaper and enjoy your coffee along with your breakfast.

Self serve, quality coffee. Breakfast sandwiches, proper full plate eggs-pancakes-home fries-toast-bacon meals, smoothies, this place has it all. Very nice seating area. We had French toast, eggs with hash. Both excellent. Easy to drive by the restaurant so keep your eyes pealed!

Took a business contact for lunch on a Wednesday. Get there early to avoid lunch rush. Very interesting and creative lunch sandwich menu with a casual but organized point of view. Had the Korean cheesesteak which came with an excellent home baked roll. Seemed to be very family friendly with lots of babies and small town greetings.

My family stayed in Stowe over a couple of nights this past August and Green Goddess was recommended by some locals as a great place for a family lunch or breakfast. We liked the lunch that we bought there so much, that we returned for a delicious breakfast the very next day. The ingredients were very fresh with wonderful combinations.... More

The portions are amazing and the food is top notch. The atmosphere is that of an art colony. Everyone serving is happy and the prices are very reasonable. I have been here at least ten times over 5 different visits to Stowe and the quality has always been consistent.

I ordered a "build your own salad" with no expectations. I've never had fresher greens in a restaurant! A truly unexpected delight!!

As many times as we have been up to Stowe, this was our first time at this small country cafe. What a nice find. It is crowded at lunch for a good reason. Sandwiches are made to order with healthy ingredients and taste delicious. The crowd seemed happy to wait and even happier with the food.
