It's in a garage. Which must impress the hell out of the Jersey Shore crowd who frequents poor little Stowe. But here's the deal. Your stand in line to order your food. Your food has a long ticket time for a burger joint. Then the burgers. It's the only thing that they do, so it must be killer given the... More

Our burgers were excellent....cooked to order and with good fries. There was a 10 minute wait, but well worth the slight delay. The veggie burger was not good/but I don't understand a non-meat eater going there except to eat with their friends. The location is also excellent for those riding their bicycles along the recreation path...located where the path crosses... More

After days of seafood, I was in the mood for a good burger and the Blue Donkey delivered with a really good burger. They also had gluten free buns, so my wife got to enjoy a good burger as well. Nice joint when you are in Stowe.

Spent $55 plus tip for two burgers, two kids meals and four drinks. We must have waited 45 minutes for the burgers and there were more employees there than customers from the looks of it. The staff has that kind of youthful indifference like you're mildly bothering them by being there interrupting whatever they'd rather be doing. Medium rare burger... More

My boys always want to keep on coming down to the Blue Donkey and there is a really good reason why.... The burgers are the best in town.

My daughter and I went there on purpose after our family enjoyed dinner there a year ago. We found the hamburgers as good as we remembered and enjoyed the meal. It was a pleasant evening together. Give it a try!

When we first walked in, we were expecting a full service restaurant. One orders at the counter and takes a seat. We were a little hesitant. However, the food was cooked to order and was excellent. Great burgers, terrific curly fries, excellent coleslaw--what a great lunch. And we'd love to know where they get the hamburger buns--plain white but really,... More

The order taker/cashier was very friendly. The burgers were big (so a little bit messy, in a good way). The curly fries were curly and crispy. The beer was very cold. The restaurant was clean, but the bathroom was completely out of soap, which is why this review doesn't have a higher rating.

I have been to this place several times. Not once, have I ever not waited for my food. There is always major long line ups and you are always told to wait. If these were burgers that you couldn`t get anywhere else, I`d wait and pay the over-inflated prices. Sorry, but I`d rather go to McDonald`s, I`m served right away and... More
