Uneven meals

Nice place, good service. I ate the best nachos ever, the burger was fair, the club sandwich good, the chiken ceasar salad was so wet to much dressing. Can't say, bad or god?

This Restaurant is connected to the DoubleTree Hotel, but don't let that deter you. Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic staff, and food that will knock your socks off.

Family weekend in South Burlington! Trader Duke's was highly recommended by the staff at the Sheraton Burlington Hotel. The greeted was very warm and friendly. The place was very busy but we were seated within 10 minutes of our arrival. Our server name was Amanda she was always there when we needed her. She was very pleasant and friendly with... More

If you are interested in avoiding long waits in lines, walking far, or other mobility iasues , this restaurant is perfect. That was our objective this trip and we were glad to choose Trader Dukes for Sunday brunch. It's not a huge spread, but all is tasty. Mostly breakfast though. Burlington can get very busy for brunches. This is a... More

I travel to Vermont quite often for work. The Trader Dukes Bar keeps me returning to the DoubleTree. The weekday bartender, Suzanne, holds court over her mix of local denizens and far flung travelers. The Sox or Bruins are on the TV. Even for this Yankee fan, a good time always to be had.

Stopped in at traders for some beer and nachos after a day of riding our motorcycles. We sat in the lounge and the service was quite good and they serve one of the local microbrewery beers and it was very tasty. Good place to stop for beer and a quick snack.

Very good hotel restaurant. Had breakfast one morning which was very good. We placed orders for dinner and brought it back to our room since we were traveling with our dog. The Cobb salad was one of the best I've had. Strip steaks were done perfectly.

I travel to Burlington four times a year, and Trader Duke's (which is part of the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton) is always a staple during my visits. It's reasonably priced, the staff is always courteous, and the food is always fresh and delicious. My favorites are the Roasted Garlic Tomato Parmesan Soup, the gorgeous Classic Cobb Salad, the Sugar House... More

We especially enjoy breakfast at Trader Duke's, and make a point of dropping in when we are in the neighbourhood. They often have a special menu concoction that includes local fare, whether that be maple syrup, other local, seasonal vegetables such as pumpkin, or locally-sourced protein... Nicely done !! Alicia has often been our server, and she is phenomenal -... More
