Seeing that it was the #2 rated Restaurant in Burlington and had 300+ reviews I was expecting delicious. When we got there and saw it was inside a Best Western we were very skeptical. It was clean and interesting inside. The greeters were friendly. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and helpful. The salad bar, which was the highlight of the... More

The salad bar was very nice and the food was cold as it should be, not room temp or chilled a little on the bottom as you often find. It was very satisfying. This was for lunch. The evening meals looked a little pricey for my price range but I did not try them so cannot judge. There were many... More

We had just had our flight cancelled and after finding out this restaurant was attached to the best western plus we were thrilled. We went upstairs to the bar area, and it was great. We sat at the bar and there was a great choice of beers. Food wise we ordered wings and the pretzels. Wings were great, very tasty.... More

Yummy food. We ate upstairs and it was a busy night. We had one server who was super sweet and helped us find a table. We wished she had been our server. Immediately when we sat down three servers bussed the table and got us menus. Shepherds pie was good. I had a chicken sandwich that was fabulous. One in... More

Thank you for your kind words regarding your recent visit to the Upper Deck pub. I do want to apologize however, that your server wasn't as good as you had hoped. Busy or not, there are no excuses for bringing a check to a guest prior to the arrival of their desserts. I will reinforce that to the staff to... More

We ate in the pub because we were a bit too early for dinner in the Windjammer restaurant downstairs. We didn't have to wait, we sat right down, the service was fine, we didn't have to wait long to be served. I was not a huge fan of the pub menu, not much healthy choices on the menu but then... More

Please accept our apologies for you experience at the Upper Deck pub. I am disappointed to hear that you didn't feel that you could find any healthy options. We try to have variety on our menu so that our guests have the option to eat healthier if they desire. In addition to offering items that are grilled, baked or broiled... More

The extensive salad bar is fabulous! There are also breads and cheeses that go with the salad bar. I also had a cup of the clam chowder that was amazing! Service was efficient and attentive. Although the restaurant was somewhat crowded the night I was there my waitress was quick in getting the food out and stopped-by regularly to see... More

On a recent trip to New England we overnighted in Burlington, VT. While visiting several shops in the area, we inquired as to the best place to get a great Prime Rib dinner. Over and over we were told Windjammers. Upon entering the restaurant it was like stepping back in time to a slower, more elegant time of dining. We... More

We went for our anniversary and made a reservation. The place was very nice, the service was fantastic and the food was well prepared and very very good. The salad bar had fantastic bread, fresh salad choices and many dressings to choose from. I had a crab cake to start and it was one of the best i have had,... More

There are two places to eat at the Windjammer. We tried both. The Upper deck is a pub style eatery which was very busy and noisy. Some might say it had atmosphere! The food was good but the service slow due to the number of people about. No reservation needed - just walk in and take a chance. The Restaurant... More

This restaurant is located in the hotel. The PUB prices and menu selection are great, and we had a full dinner in the pub. Cameron was our waiter, and was very attentive. The seafood platter was extremely good, with the shrimp just a tad overcooked. We will return if we are back in the area!
