Upper Deck Pub

Stopped in for a light dinner because we are staying at the hotel. This is a restaurant/pub that is separate from the hotel but in the same parking lot. Looked at a menu for the Windjammer Restaurant and it seemed too high scale for our needs. The Upper Deck Pub is your typical sports bar. Lots... read more

A great salad bar, the best in the state. The menu has something for everyone. Staff aims to please. A great place for a night out, or an daily lunch. Any time of day is great.

Consistently great food and service. We love the salad boat, pub salmon, burgers, oysters, onion soup. Can't go wrong here - a great local standard, We go often and if something is not exactly right they will make it right!

In the parking lot of a best western, the seem to be best know for their alcohol and salad bar shaped like a boat. So, starting at the top - beverage selection for soda/lemonade is very limited - they were out of iced tea the night we went. Their bacon wrapped scallops were very good and their corn fritters were... More

We ate here because it was across the street from the hotel. i should have stayed at the hotel. the menu describes the food in amazing ways and makes it really sound good. Started with an iced tea. it was from a soda fountain. my mistake i should have asked if it was fresh brewed. started with the corn fritters.... More

Our small bicycling group had dinner in the lounge area within the restaurant. Even though the place was extremely busy, our server quickly came for drink orders and when we were ready took food orders. Everyone found their meals to be quite good. Prices were very reasonable.

We enjoyed the option of smaller entrees so we could get the salad bar. Several of our group had the French Onion soup and salad bar combo. No complaints from anyone on the food, though the wine was served about 10-15 degrees too warm, which was disappointing.

We decided to eat in the upstairs pub as there was a wait to eat in the main dining area downstairs. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere was family friendly, which is not always the case for pubs.

We went to the Upper Deck Pub at the Windjammer for a late lunch on Sunday. The pub opens at 2:30 on Sundays while the downstairs restaurant is only open for dinner. The server was excellent with that rare ability to be friendly as well as knowledgeable about the menu and despite getting slammed with 6 tables all at once... More
