Always great!

We recently had dinner at the Windjammer after a day of skiing at Sugarbush, and the Windjammer did not disappoint. The service was exceptionally attentive and friendly (many thanks Nathan) and the old favourites on the menu and the salad bar was as good as remembered.

ordered the veggie burger I don't suggest it......dry and no flavor, nice salad bar, service was average, atmosphere very nice.Asked the server about the clam chowder, if it was "homemade" was told clam chowder is from a can ( always has been) they add milk to it. So that is considered to be "made in House"...................interesting......................................more like mixed "in house".... More

Had rservations for 5 people. for dinner on Sunday, January 25th. they had three specials but were all out at 6:00p.m. that night. The meatloaf that my co-worker ordered smelled and tasted horrible. She complained and only charge her for the salad bar. I had the clam chowder with the salad bar. The clam chowder was more like potato chowder.... More

The Windjammer Restaurant - downstairs - is a great place for a Special Occasion dinner out or for a family celebration or for a nice business lunch spot. We have also had larger private parties which were also positive experiences. Food - service - atmosphere - and price are all A +. Fabulous salade Bar !!!! The Upper Deck Pub... More

We found the food to be adequate, but not memorable. Service was knowledgeable & attentive on our early arrival (before they got busy); then it became a rush to eject us in order to get a second sitting in our place. We would not return & do not recommend this restaurant, especially at the price we paid of $150 supper... More

It's disappointing to hear about your negative experience at the Windjammer. We constantly strive to provide food and service beyond expectations but this was obviously not the case on your recent visit. I can assure you that the servers are encouraged to allow our guests as much time as they need, certainly never to rush them. I apologize that you... More

Not many options for salad bars in the area and the windjammer has a nice one. They also have a cheese table with 2 cheeses, some crackers and a nice little chutney type spread that is delish. Been several times and always have friendly service. Would totally recommend.

The first day of our visit to Burlington we had lunch at The Windjammer. The decor was very pleasant and the waitstaff was very friendly. The burgers were great and the french fries were hot and crispy. The French Onion Soup was excellent. We enjoyed lunch so much that we decided to return for dinner a couple of nights later.... More
