I used to work just down the road from Harringtons and would have a BLT pretty often. They are delicious with probably some of the best bacon in the state. The cookies are also very delicious!

We stopped in for a quick bite. The apple pie had a nice crust and was tasty. Their selection of gourmet foods was excellent. We will return when we're passing through.

Thes is a great place for speciality foods and gourmet items. They sell their own smoked goods as well as their wonderful pies an cakes. The sandwiches could use updating, better bread, maybe a panini press. Never the less a good place for a quick bite.

There's a lot of interesting food at this place, they offer big sandwiches, jams, cold cuts etc. Tons of baked goods and stuff that will make your mouth water!

Harringtons is one of our favorite places to shop and then relax with a sandwich, light meal, snack or baked goods, depending on the time of day. They have some very unusual and hard to find English foods, such as Lyle's Golden Syrup (a "must" for making gingerbread). There is a sense of life slowing down when you sit at... More

I had a pastry first. Then several tastes of soup to pick my favorite. Homemade bread slathered with ham and cheese. Berry juice. And then..of course, a chocolate to die for candy.

You will have gathered from the other reviews that this is not a 'full' restaurant - rather it is an eating area within Harrington's shop. Both are excellent. The shop has a goregeous, unmistakeable smell which I recognised immediately - a full 20 years on (I was a toddler when I last visited)! It is a smell of bacon, maple,... More

Harringtons has an extensive selection of specialty foods, local (including their own meat products) and imported. It offers excellent sandwiches - I recommend ham, which is their specialty - on a choice of breads; good coffee too, and pastries. This isn't a breakfast place per se, but it works for breakfast, lunch, a snack, or something for a picnic.

This is the home of the great ham sandwich! Fresh homemade bread and the famous smoked ham and Vermont cheddar is delish. If you are passing through Shelburne and want a good, hearty sandwich, try this! Yummy.

An opportunity to have a delicious lunch and pick up some Vermont food treats. The cafe is part of Harringtons store located in the middle of Shelburne. Very welcoming, very clean, simple and a good menu. The sandwiches, soups and bakery items are all made right there, so it is fresh. We had BLT sandwiches made with the Harrington bacon... More
