Outstanding for Sunday Brunch

We had not be to Dylan's Cafe for quite some time for various reasons. We decided to give it a shot with friends that were visiting from outside of the area. It was an excellent decision. Brunch was deliciously eclectic mix of omelettes, quiche, flat breads, etc., and none of us were... read more

The atmosphere was very nice in this converted post office and we were lucky to have a cheery and fun waitress. My husband had the Smoked Salmon Flatbread and I had the Brie Salad - the preparation and taste of both were wonderful. We concluded our meal with a slice of carrot cake set on a slab of slate with... More

I have to admit, I didn't have high hopes for this place when we walked up the very steep hill on Eastern Avenue to Dylan's, which is in the the former Masonic building. But I was wrong because we had a delicious lunch!!! Salads were very fresh and flavorful, iced tea was good and strong, the way I like it.... More

Gluten-free options! Yummy! Housed in an old post office. In the middle of St. Johnsbury where you can take an in-town walk afterwards.

Stopped for Monday lunch enroute to Magog. Service was fast and friendly. Salads were excellent. Maybe a bit pricey. Nice feel/vibe.

My wife and I visited Dylan's cafe recently. I ordered the crab melt. The very first bite, I knew something wasn't right. The taste was off and far too fishy for crab. I love crab and know what it should taste like. This wasn't it. I know now that this is the sign that I need to communicate to the... More

A simple request of moving two tables together on the patio was too much for this management team to handle. We had a party of 7 and requested to move 2 tables for 4 together. They said they couldn't do that. Well we took that to mean they couldn't so we occupied the the 2 tables and then slid them... More

We happened across Dylan's on a ride through the area. Wide range of choices, a great peel & eat shrimp appetizer and excellent burgers and salads. It was clearly fresh ingredients, not the frozen stuff the chains serve up. Would recommend!

We stopped here at random along our route, and it was one of the best meals of the trip. I forget what it was called, but we both had an open-faced crab sandwich with avocado and mango on it. Service was good; they were even nice enough to put some water in a to-go cup for me so I could... More

We were traveling through Saint Johnsbury last night at dinner time and starving as we hadn't eaten any lunch. Dylan's was recommended to us by some local women and we are thankful that they did. At first I was reluctant to stop because it is located in an old Post Office and it did not look at all inviting from... More
