Very casual atmosphere, and the food was delicious. We were not starving; therefore, we had a sandwiches, and they were more than generous servings.

Liked the casual décor and friendly welcome, the delicious food and the very reasonable prices. Our two small children were treated like royalty.

I went here twice during my trip (the hotel had coupons so I figured why not). The breakfast was good. it was skillet style presentation with eggs, veggies, potato bites, and sausage. The waitress was not overly attentive and my water glass remained empty for most of my meal, but my coffee was filled after only taking a few sips.... More

We stopped in this town for an overnite on our drive back to NS and asked the motel clerk of a good place for supper. Thankfully, she pointed us to this place even though she undersold it. For supper my meatloaf with garlic mashed and veggies and my wife's hot turkey sandwich were both excellent.....and the coleslaw was some of... More

Our burgers were good but the homemade pies were outstanding. Service was good and very friendly staff. Our party of three made this pit stop on the recommendation from a B and B near the freeway exit. Fellow diners looked to all be locals. Not at all expensive.

Paused for a casual mid-week lunch as we passed through St. Johnsbury and skipped the fast food for local diner fare. Pleased we did. Prompt service, nice cheese burger, good fries, and reasonable prices. We'd go again.

My wife and I stopped by Anthony's Diner in St. Johnsbury, VT on our way to Maine. We had read on Trip Advisor that the breakfasts were great, and ours certainly were. My wife had scrambled eggs, bacon and a fruit plate...She said the bacon was delicious and the fruit plate was very fresh. I had the sunrise breakfast (2... More

I got the liver and onions, the benchmark on which diners are judged. Good meal and fair price. If you are in St. Johnsbury you should stop in here!

We stopped in for a sandwich for lunch. I even had a dessert. It is a friendly place and the food is good. I would go back for sure. We were there several years ago for breakfast and found that to be good also.
