Very clean, homey place to eat. Burgers are huge, almost too much. Food was very good, soup hot and tasty. Will definitely stop here again when in the area.

Staying at the inn down the road, went out to find a place to eat and came across this place!! Place was quiet but we did eat after 8, we had a choice of seats, and our waitress came over, took our drinks order and shortly after or food order, it was a quick and efficient service and the food... Service wasn't super fast - We had a party of 12. We had to separate into several tables because most are booths for 4, and the booths backs were so high, we couldn't see over them to talk to others in our party. We had to ask server several times for items we had ordered but hadn't been brought out... More

3rd breakfast in a row. I would make it four if I were staying in town. They know how to cook bacon and eggs per your wish. Every thing fresh off grill. Raisin toast is a must. Oatmeal steal cut with fruit and nuts if you wish. Coffee smooth and rich .99 cents. Have not seen that price in years... More

Stopped by for a quick lunch. I asked if they had anything gluten free (I'm celiac) and was told they had gluten free bread. That's it, that was the only thing they had for me to eat. Needless to say we didn't stay. They lost out on two meals.

My sister and I walked in right at closing time and the staff were so nice insisting that we take a seat and order. Everything looked clean, the food was good classic diner fare, and the staff were wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone traveling the area.

We stopped here for lunch in our way to North Conway. We like diners but also realize some are much better than others. This was a good one. I had the egg salad sandwich on lovely whole wheat. Yummy. My husband had a delicious turkey club with fries & onion rings. Service was efficient but our server was not the... More

We stayed in St. Johnsbury, VT while visiting the Dog Chapel. While our hotel was lackluster they did recommend Anthony's Diner for breakfast. My manfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. We both ordered a big breakfast of steak & eggs and that was really good! We really liked this place and if we are ever... More
