Great way to start your day

3rd breakfast in a row. I would make it four if I were staying in town. They know how to cook bacon and eggs per your wish. Every thing fresh off grill. Raisin toast is a must. Oatmeal steal cut with fruit and nuts if you wish. Coffee smooth and rich .99 cents. Have not seen that price in years... read more

Stopped by for a quick lunch. I asked if they had anything gluten free (I'm celiac) and was told they had gluten free bread. That's it, that was the only thing they had for me to eat. Needless to say we didn't stay. They lost out on two meals.

My sister and I walked in right at closing time and the staff were so nice insisting that we take a seat and order. Everything looked clean, the food was good classic diner fare, and the staff were wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone traveling the area.

We stopped here for lunch in our way to North Conway. We like diners but also realize some are much better than others. This was a good one. I had the egg salad sandwich on lovely whole wheat. Yummy. My husband had a delicious turkey club with fries & onion rings. Service was efficient but our server was not the... More

We stayed in St. Johnsbury, VT while visiting the Dog Chapel. While our hotel was lackluster they did recommend Anthony's Diner for breakfast. My manfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. We both ordered a big breakfast of steak & eggs and that was really good! We really liked this place and if we are ever... More

Stopped by here for a late supper. I ordered the clam roll & my hubby had a BLT. We both liked our choices. The clams were done just right. The homemade chips that came with both were excellent. We would not hesitate to eat here again. Very friendly wait staff & good food that isn't over-priced. Thumbs up!!

We live in town and have frequented Anthony's more often in the last year due to its use of grass fed beef, it's homemade desserts, generous portions, and good service. For visitors to the town, it is a good choice for breakfast, lunch, or early dinner. Wine and beer are available also.

This was good eating but the seats were pretty hard. I liked the fresh herbs growing in the window sills. Another positive point was the clean up job the staff was doing. They had the rugs up and very through job. Windows were clean bathroom clean good job.

Grass fed hamburgers with many choices-excellent! Other typical comfort food and diner food; everything looked really good. Homemade desserts! The chocolate cream pie brought me back to my childhood. Lisa our waitress was efficient and great fun to talk to.

Everything was how it should be. Excellent food and amazing service at prices I dropped my jaw at! (As in they were great!) We will stop here every time we come through this way from now on! Don't change a thing!
