We have eaten at Mimmo's before. Our last trip we had a bad experience with the service being very slow. We figured it was a bad night so we gave it another try. Granted it was 1:30 PM on Christmas Eve, but we were the only booth that had not been served. A waitress came over and gave us menues... More

Good Italian American dishes similar to what you would find in a neighborhood restaurant in New York. Place gets very crowded during lunch and dinner hours so I avoid it during those periods. If you're in the area mid-afternoon you should give this place a try.

Solid Italian food. Nice atmosphere, family friendly. Good value. Have been for lunch and dinner on several occasions, one of my favorite restaurants.

Went to this place thinking it would be good. I was very disappointed with my plate, I ordered a romaine salad with chicken and penne, balsamic vinegar and olive oil..Where do I begin, my salad was soaking in balsamic and oil and the penne was dark brown , the salad was so soggy it looked like a soup, it was awful... We ate here two times during our visit to St. Albans. On both occasions, the restaurant was busy with locals and visitors. Our server was very friendly. Most customers ordered pizzas. However, the menu has a wide choices of non pizza items. One can watch them being hand tossed. The cheese pizza without and additions, had an excellent crust, but... More

We have eaten here a number of times. I have always been a fan of tomato based pasta dishes and we have found the dishes here to be quite good. We are very pleased with the service we get, which I find as important as the food. Easy to find right on Main street, parking can be a little problem... More

Food was great. The veggie pizza was amazing!!! We went there twice while on vacation in St. Albans. Wouldn't have gone back the second time if it weren't good! We just needed a place to chill and enjoy the food. Our server was fun. Can't remember her name off the top of my head. Sorry. Let your hair down and eat... More

Ordered the Calzone. Made perfectly and was filling. Wine was reasonably priced. Service was prompt and friendly. I wish I had more time in St. Albans as I would certainly go back to Mimmo's in a heartbeat! Loved the seating outside.

We enjoy the food at Mimmo's. We order more than we can eat and bring leftovers home for an extra meal. Restaurant can be noisy and dark. Booths should be cleaned more often.

Just ok. We went for a birthday and the birthday boy was happy with his choice but mom and dad(my husband and I) were less than impressed. Our service was quick but incomplete. We weren't even offered dessert, which we would have ordered. Oh well their loss. Kids pizza were good. Shrimp scampi had a 1/4" of oil/butter in the... More
