I meet with my girlfriends from high school once a month at the Palms. Because I am on a special diet, I cannot eat the pizza or lovely bread. They are amazingly accommodating with whatever I ask. Yummy!

I never had maple cannolis or maple cheesecake...but I did now. Wow! Delicious and different! The food is delicious, the manager cares about the service and your delight in sampling the local cuisine. Great place to go...

Great appetizers and the meals are plentiful and good tasting. Full Bar with average drink prices. Nice atmosphere for family and friends.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner in Rutland, Vermont. He enjoyed a Vegetable Lasagne and I had a very tasty tomato cheese soup and Antipasti Salad. The red Cabernet Sauvignon was very good and he enjoyed a draft Vermont beer. The hot Italian bread was so good. We also had a Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice cream. We... More

I believe this truly was the grandmother's recipe - delicious. The scallops weren't as good but the we still enjoyed them.

Time stood still in the late 50's when you walk into the Palms. Grandma's dining room with great Italian favorite comfort food . We had veal parm, it was real veal, good size portions and plenty of pasta. Service was real good, great neighborhood place. Great family food.

Nothing fancy, but good food at reasonable prices. Nice people. Not far from either downtown or route 4. I went here upon recommendation of a friend and was pleased with my dinner.

I was so happy to find pizza in VT. I was with four other people that all like different types of pizza, and we all loved it! It's so fun to look at the walls and see all the history of the area. Yay!! Now I can stay forever!

I was skeptical of Italian food in Vermont, but it turned out to be quite good! My companion ate light: chicken wings without sauce, and a large antipasto as his entree. He was very happy! I ate a bit heartier, with salad, steak pizzaiola and cappellini. Salad was very fresh, but nothing special. The steak, however, was terrific! A nice... More

I ordered spaghetti Fra Diablo with meatballs. Large portion, two nicely sized meatballs, spicy enough to be delicious, but comfortable to eat. The salad was crisp and green and the merlot was just right. The staff was great. I've eaten here before, I will eat here again.
