Reliable family style italian food...never disappointed. They don't try to be what they're not..just good food and plenty of it.

Went there on request of a friend that heard good things. Been past there many time and did not have high expectations. Very happy to say my expectations were by far exceeded the food and service was very good and was extremely impressed with the history.

Sit in the bar, reservations recommends but often not needed. A local establishment that serves friends and family, good food in a relaxed comfortable setting.

Surprised this is rated #9. Slow service, avg food I told waitress my dinner was not good she didn't say a word walked away and gave me the bill. I didn't want to complain and just paid and left.

Great local Italian restaurant. This is a local favorite. Great square pizza and Italian dishes. Nice relaxed bar with a friendly staff. Always have had good food, service and time here.

The atmosphere is old world, with a combination of old world style in the menu that attracts everyone. A locals restaurant that is trendy and friendly.

I meet with my girlfriends from high school once a month at the Palms. Because I am on a special diet, I cannot eat the pizza or lovely bread. They are amazingly accommodating with whatever I ask. Yummy!

I never had maple cannolis or maple cheesecake...but I did now. Wow! Delicious and different! The food is delicious, the manager cares about the service and your delight in sampling the local cuisine. Great place to go...

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner in Rutland, Vermont. He enjoyed a Vegetable Lasagne and I had a very tasty tomato cheese soup and Antipasti Salad. The red Cabernet Sauvignon was very good and he enjoyed a draft Vermont beer. The hot Italian bread was so good. We also had a Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice cream. We... More
