Was a great Chinese restaurant. Now, it serves neither Chinese nor any other East Asian cuisine. The fusions are really poorly created. The place is conveniently located if your are passing through or after a day on the slopes. But I would not go there anymore (used to be a regular there).

2nd time visiting East Asian Cuisine. Having lived in New York, Boston, and San Francisco, I am used to good Chinese food. Both visits to EAC have impressed me. Food is fresh and very good tasting, far above what I was expecting in Rutland, VT. Dumplings were large and flavorful. Mooshu pork was delicious, as was the chicken and broccoli.... More

Stopped by for dinner on Black Friday. Very suprised wish menu and more suprised with the dishes when they came out. Our dumplings were great and so were the entrees! We had seafood stirfry and chicken/ broccoli. Definitely make this a stop!

Had three meals for take out. Quick service, priced somewhat reasonable for area. Large selection to choose from. Flavor of food was average.

We were out on our annual Columbus day jaunt through VT and all our usual places to dine were gone in Manchester. We kept on our route and made our ay to Rutland. Instead of doing a chain restaurant we wanted something more local. We quickly googled a place and found this place. It was mid afternoon so very quiet... More

Food quality and preparation results delicous, and great value, I recently invited four longtime out of town friends to have our reunion there. Always cordial service, pleasant decor and quiet and comfortable seating to have thoughtful conversations. Those who visit Vermont said that they were so glad for the experience and would return (as I do often). Carry out very... More

I go to this place often and I love it. The food and service is really good. I also tried mala chicken and I'm absolutely in love with it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for those who like sushi and Chinese food.

Dined here with friends on a Sunday evening. It was not very busy, so we expected quick service and were not disappointed. We tried a number of different dishes and the overall consensus was good. It may not be true Asian, but we enjoyed the variety of options on the menu and were happy with the results. Worth a trip... More

Went for dinner around 6-ish on a week night. Easy to get to, 100 feet off main drag. Went because of its good reviews. The food was very typical of American Chinese restaurants, nothing remotely like what we ate in Asia, Singapore, or even in ethnic Chinese locales in larger US and Canadian cities. If you want Gen'l Tsao, sweet... More

Our family really enjoys Chinese food and East Asian Cuisine is the best hands down. The food is always fresh and wonderfully tasty. The atmosphere is homey and very clean, the servers are so kind and really make your meal delightful! I wouldn't eat Chinese, Japanese anywhere else!!
