The best breakfast I have had in years. Everything was made fresh and was absolutely amazing. Very good atmosphere as well.

First, I have to say that this was possibly the best breakfast I've ever been served. The menu is huge and I wanted to try about 10 different items. I finally chose the cranberry walnut pancakes with a side of bacon and maple syrup. My husband had the blue cheese and bacon omelet (utterly amazing). The portions are quite generous.... More

This is a gem in a residential area in Proctorsville. It appears this business was a home at some point, so the feeling is that you are more a guest than a patron. The service was exceptional as was the food. We had a stack of apple cinnamon pancakes and scrambled eggs on an English muffin. The presentation is only... More

Quaint breakfast place with tons of menu choices. I had grandma's veggie eggs. Lots of fresh veggies and cheddar cheese on top. The homefries were small potatoes and there was a small side of whipped cream. Husband ordered pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon. They were excellent! We would eat herev again!

We had breakfast there this morning. Had read some mixed reviews so were not sure what to expect. The restaurant is tiny with only seven tables upstairs in what looks like a house. Very clean and cute. I had one of the special omelettes with bacon, cheddar and apples! Also had the homemade white toast. Delicious and the omelette was... More

We ate at this place twice during our 5-day stay and would have gone back more, but some of our day trips kept us away :- ( Everything is fresh and just delicious! If you like apple pie, you must get the Vermont apple pie with cheddar and vanilla ice cream -- it was amazing! The omelets are so fluffy... More

My family and I stopped for breakfast on our way to Maine after staying in Ludlow and had a great meal. The service was slow (one man show) and the muffins we took to go were undercooked, but my vegetarian omelette with cheese was off the hook, while my wife's pie was also undercooked. Strange vibe--expected to see Nathan Lane... More

You would think that a place with "pie bakery" in its name would do great pies, wouldn't you? Think again. I purchased a blueberry pie to have available for weekend guests. I'm glad I decided to try a piece before anyone else arrived, because it was inedible. I took one bite, spit it out, and threw the pie in the... More

My wife and I enjoyed breakfast here in late July. The atmosphere was country and comfortable. The food presentation was excellent and food was delicious. If you are looking for diner food, this is not the place. The serve large portions and make and effort to make the plate look attractive. They do this while remaining very down to earth... More
