This is one of Montpelier's favorite dining spots for both the general public and the legislators.. The staff is excellent and professional. Most have been there for years, which is an indication this is a pleasant place to work. The food is good, and that's why it's almost always full, so call for a reservation or priority seating list. The... More

I have never had a bad meal at Sarducci's! Everything is amazing, including the pizza. Everything is made fresh and they always have great specials. I love their Linguine Al Pescatore. The Chicken Parmesan is also amazing. Great wine and beer selection. My only complaint is the loudness. The acoustics are really bad for some reason and it's often hard... More

Was told at the welcome center that we had to stop to eat here once we got to Montpelier. It is just a few blocks from the state capitol. The food was good and the server was full of fun facts about Vermont. Glad to have eaten at a non chain restaurant during our final leg of the 50 state... More

When you dine at Sarducci's you can expect to experience the best, freshly made meal you could hope for. I am gluten intolerant and feel Sarducci's offers me the most diverse selection of any restaurant I have visited anywhere in the world. Because the meals are prepared to order, you can ask that any of the awesome selections be prepared... More

It was not only Leaf peeping weekend but also parent weekend at Norwich Academy but we decided to try it anyway. Although we did have to wait about a half an hour, there was room at the bar or a bank of seats. Once seated, the food was good and the waitress was attentive given the crowd. The dining room... Perhaps it was because everyone talked up Sarducci's so much that I had unreasonable expectations, but I didn't find Sarducci's to be more that an average Italian restaurant. I was there on a busy night, and the service was definitely slow as could be expected. The menu was very large and there were many interesting choices, but unfortunately, my meal... More

The best part of this evening was the first loaf of bread. It all went downhill from there. The second serving of bread was not nearly as good, not sure why so inconsistent. I ordered a Super Tuscan wine, which normally would be fabulous, but the wine was sub par, but I suppose that was a good pairing to go... More

I had been to Sarducci's about a year ago for dinner and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, when my husband and I went here for dinner a couple of nights ago, our experience was just average. We ordered the antipasto for an appetizer and asked for the "with meat" option for $3.00 extra. The antipasto was decent, but all we got... More

I visited this place first time 14 years ago, still a teenager back then for what turned out to be one of my best dining experiences at that time. So I was eager to go back during a quick layover in Monpelier. Even though arriving kinda late (20mins before closing) the staff welcomed us with a smile which cleared out... More

The food is always excellent, I've been there dozens of times. It's not a quiet restaurant, it tends to be loud, lots of chatter and people enjoying themselves. The service is consistently excellent.
