I have dined at Henry's several times and have never been disappointed; it should be known that I am hard to please when it comes to dining out. I have yet to have an entree that hasn't "wowed" us. Dina's deserts are to die for.

Very nice restaurant on the way out of Manchester. They seem very dedicated to getting it right. Everyone says that they have a great caesar salad and this place really does. Foie gras was excellent as well. Entrees of spice-rubbed chicken and shrimp were also excellent. Very homey experience with the chef/owner Henry walking out to greet diners. Overall we... More

This is our second time eating here, and we had a great dinner. I had sweetbreads, and my husband had grilled tuna. The place was empty, which really surprised me even though it was mid-week.

After a full day of skiing at Stratton Mountain, my partner and I discovered this charming restaurant on the way back to our hotel in Manchester. The bistro may lack ambiance, but the food was exceptional. We did not have reservations and ended up at the bar, but had a lovely meal (the oysters were excellent and the lamb superb)... More

Had dinner there with my family, the food lacked flavor. The restaurant looked quaint from outside but the interior was a disappointment.

We alway go to Manchester,Vermont to celebrate New Year's, and this year was no exception. We have returned to Bistro Henry for New Years Eve dinner time after time as part of our celebration. Our dining experience has always been exceptional! The atmosphere is relaxing and the service and menu are always excellent! This year my husband had the Lobster... More

Nice location. Ambiance was OK but expected more character than we experienced. The New Year's Eve menu looked great. Ordered the peppered Steak with French Onion Soup. The steak and soup were above average but was disappointed with the sides - overcooked green beans and mashed potatoes that could have been the real thing but tasted like instant. Poor selection... We were weekenders for several years and now live in the area full-time. As much as we tried to explore other restaurant options, and there are some good ones, we kept returning to Bistro Henry because it is consistently excellent and we enjoyed getting to know Henry and his family, as well as the staff. Henry takes great pride in... More

Great spot 15 minutes down the hill from Stratton and Bromley. All four in our party, including 2 teenagers loved every course of their meal, The food was outstanding and the service very professional and friendly. Not inexpensive, but worth the price and they offer early bird and other specials to keep the total bill in control if you plan... More

My family and I went here and the food was awful. The seafood tasted like cardboard as well as the pasta tasted like it was just bought from the dollar store. The service was lousy because the waitress either got lost in the restaurant or was really slow because she took forever for us to get our appetizers. The only... More

Wow! That's pretty harsh. You wrote a review in November for a visit last August. Seriously? That's rather spiteful, don't you think? It look like you have been on a tear, only just joining tripadvisor and posting all of your reviews over Thanksgiving. I am always grateful for information to help me make my business better. As the owner, I... More
