We followed the 4-star trip advisor reviews here for dinner but it simply wasn't up to par. Owner/Maitre D' was so kind and some of the dishes were good but most were not and the overall experience was simply poor. Though the restaurant wasn't busy (probably 1/3 full), the kitchen took a really long time to serve us. We ordered... More

Good cuisine (not average and not very good) served in a true Parisian brasserie with its large size and atmosphere! “Dommage”-too bad, the music was quite low! The staff and management were exceedingly pleasant and accommodating. In the middle of dinner, they even moved a couple who was commenting on the low light on their table! The chef creates a... Extensive, creative menu with nice wines, although not many offerings for vegetarians. The kitchen and dining area are in the same space so when you leave you smell greasy. All that said, I'd try it again.

We enjoyed a very nice meal at Brasserie. Food and cocktails were fine, service was a little sketchy at first but improved as the night went on. One of the better spots in Manchester area. We would return.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner here while staying at the Equinox. I love French food and was excited to find Brasserie L'Oustau. We split a bottle of wine, my husband went a la carte and I ordered from the prix fixe menu. The roasted salmon was delicious! Our only criticism is that the restaurant was fairly quiet with many... First of all we showed up without a reservation and we were seated immediately buy a very courteous Maître De. The décor was very refined and soothing. The food was excellent as was the wait staff. I had the mussels appetizer, half chicken entre and of course chocolate mousse for dessert. My wife & I had a great time there... More

Brasserie L'Oustau is one of those few places that carries one back to the Old World. It is a brasserie, and except for its size and spaciousness, could be in many places in France. Perhaps I over-rate it for that reason as the food is true brasserie and few brasseries serve five star cuisine. Nonetheless, it is my favorite restaurant... More

we ate here for my birthday. My husband and I both had the boullabaise and salads. We shared a nice bottle of French wine. The menu is comprehensive and wine list heavy on French wines...as it should be. we loved the ambiance. The staff was busy but very attentive to us. I highly recommend
