When at our Vermont house, we usually make sure to come here at least once while here. The food and service are always very good. This time we started with the Onion Soup Gratinee and the mussels for appetizers. Both were very good. Warm bread and butter always arrive at the table shortly after one is seated. The french bread... More

Once again, we had an excellent lunch here while visiting Manchester Vermont. The service is wonderful, the bar is gorgeous and the food is superb. We were sorry we didn't have the time to have dinner here but will do so when we return. Yummy!

I'm usually not a big fan of French food, but we just finished brunch at this bistro and are still savoring the wonderful flavors. I had an omelet with perfectly grilled asparagus, accompanied by arugula salad and excellent shoestring potatoes. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the prix fixe menu--a real bargain at $25 for three courses: arugula salad with poached egg,... More

I'll believe that this is in the top five French restaurants in Vermont, but no way is it top five in the country. The food was good not great. The service was seemingly good around us but ours was average at best. I'd eat here again but clearly think the food doesn't live up to the hype.

We shared a pleasant outdoor dining experience with friends at this charming restaurant in mid July. Service was attentive and friendly but unobtrusive. The location is beautiful and the outside tables have umbrellas that are easily moved by staff as the direction of the sun changes. Please note the staff moved the umbrellas without our asking. In the garden area as... More

Service is top notch from the minute you walk in. I had the duck - perfect and my wife had a Hamburger - Tasty but just a little over done for medium-rare. We dined indoors, but if you come with a group of 6 or more, sit outdoors at there beautiful fire-pit ( weather permitting) price is worth the dinner.

To expect excellent food with a view is a lot. But then to get it, and excellent French Food, at that, is a true treat. What a terrific meal, with superior service. Classic French, but not pretentious. Great wine, entrees and desserts. A treat on all fronts!

If you are looking for a place with french ambiance and great food - come here. The restaurant is very charming and the food delicious. It was very reasonably priced - you could have a prix fix menu salad, entree and dessert for $39. Since everything i was going to order was on the prix fixe it was a bargain... More
