It's really amazing how fresh the sushi is here, considering that Vermont is not usually regarded as a great place to find fresh seafood. I love sushi and have eaten it all over the United States (Boston, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles among other places known for fresh fish), and I can say that the Sushi Boat ALWAYS... More

Ralph is a top notch sushi chef. Not only does he have a very reasonable and expanse menu, but he is very consistent. I have gone over and over again and each time the item is exactly perfect. This is not a big fancy restaurant, it is a small little place that has a charming atmosphere and happy feeling the... More

My favorite item to get, tuna sushi with a crisp outside, delicious, a.k.a Firecracker! The menu has great quality and has been fresh every time I have eaten there. The atmosphere is simple. I usually get a salad and a double sushi order, it will come to $20-25, with the tea they serve. It can be tricky to find, as... More

The fish was very fresh and the sushi had very nice and some unique favors. Definitely try the spicy shrimp roll, which is one of their popular items.... More

Chef Ralph does a great job with his small sushi restaurant in Manchester. He is very conscientious about his fish being fresh and his creations are very flavorful. Get the spicy yellowtail roll. Delicious.

Living in the northwest corner of Massachusetts, we're in somewhat of a sushi desert, so finding Sushi Boat in Manchester was more than a pleasant surprise. Don't expect endless or exotic varieties of fish—this is land-locked Vermont. What was available was of excellent quality and very fresh. The sushi and rolls were presented in a minimalist fashion without the usually... More

Sushi Boat is a favorite spot for locals. My personal favorite: the California rolls. Sushi Boat has a small footprint but don't be fooled, the sushi has big taste!

Although it was a quick stop for sushi all the locals seemed to appear , calling the owner by name. We enjoyed out boat and it seemed to be a friendly local joint. More of a take out sushi...
