N43°10.793' W73°0.645' Sushi Boat restaurant is at the end of a parking lot in the town centre of Manchester Centre. It is closed on Sunday, because the Indian owner is a devoted Christian. Don’t expect any Japanese chefs preparing your sushi in the Sushi Boat. Staff originates from many parts of Asia, but not from Japan. Does this influence the... More

Very fresh and varied rolls, sashimi and sushi. Good, prompt service. Very understated atmosphere. Pricey: dinner for three (no drinks) $80.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Manchester, this was a little hard to find! It was well worth coming here, however. The sushi was definitely one of the best I've had and it's made by the man who runs the establishment. Friendly staff and the owner is one of the most affable people I've met.

How in the heck could I give this place anything less than five stars?! You want quality sushi in SW Vermont? Well, this is the place that you'll want to go to then. I've pretty much stopped eating sushi in NYC mainly because it's just too darned expensive and it's just not really all that good these days compared to... More

This Southern Vermont Sushi House would a Top Tier Sushi Joint in Manhattan. We ordered two of the "Sushi Deluxe" - it had a California Roll, 3 pieces of Tuna on Rice, 3 pieces of Salmon on Rice. $21.50 I believe. It came with a Miso Soup and a Salad. The Miso and Salad were both average. The Menu has... More

Thank you Trip Advisor! We went to this restaurant based on the trip advisor reviews. It was fantastic! BYOB makes it a deal, too. The sushi is do delicious and a feast for your eyes as well! Everything was so outstanding that we came back for dinner the following night! Upon entering the restaurant (again) we were greeted to, "welcome... More

My husband and I eat at Sushi Boat every week. Ralph, proprietor, rolls some of the freshest, tastiest, most beautiful sushi we've had anywhere, including Nobu in NYC. The atmosphere is so-so...not a high brow location for a special event...but the sushi is reliable perfection. Another perk: BYOB. If you are in Manchester and hankering for great sushi, Sushi Boat... More

Love this place! I won't pretend to be a sushi expert, but we've taken friends here who tell us it is some of the best sushi they've ever had. Very fresh, charming creations that taste fantastic. A regular stop for us in our hometown.

We had a very nice mid-week meal here during a busy tourist season. It appears to be just a two-person operation, so your sushi order takes awhile, but we really liked what we got, and the miso soup was very good. I liked that it was a quiet escape from a lot of tourists on Main Street and is a... More
