Food good, service slow

We went to see the summer concert series at Jackson Gore and were planning to just grab a burger and sit on the lawn. When we saw there tables available outside at Coleman Brook, we decided to eat there instead. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting at a table listening to the concert and eating our meal... read more

Just terrible. Slow service. Had to ask for water refill. Soup was so salty it was inedible. Steak was actually cold when it was served. Expensive and bad.

I have eaten at Coleman Brook 6-7 times per year since it has opened. Over the years it has had its ups and downs with various combinations of managers, chefs and wait staff. Until recently, the restaurant was on the up swing with an improved, well rounded menu made from local ingredients served by a knowledgable and professional wait staff.... More

Food is ok and service is poor. They have been consistent for the past 6 years. They need to pay attention to the waiting staff to improve.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place on holidays. Their kitchen is not equipped to handle the crowds they can seat in the dining room and you may be there for upwards of two hours. Otherwise, this is the best by far of the two restaurants that serve dinner at Jackson Gore on the Okemo Mountain. The food is... More

The service is very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet classy. The wait staff was helpful with menu questions/suggestions. The salmon and the vegetarian ravioli were two amazing entrees. The salad appetizer was delicious. I would definitely return when I come skiing at Okemo again.

Maybe we came in at the wrong time, but the food wasn't good at all. The duck was over cooked and had no flavor. The wild rice was dry and tasteless, and the pulled pork was probably the worst I ever tried--over cooked with an awful combination of ingredients. The French onion soup was bland and the onions were under... More

Diverse menu, prices not completely overblown relative to ski resort, meals were enjoyable and staff extremely attentive and friendly. Ate there three times over the weekend, never disappointed.

But what do you expect at a ski resort? The menu is overly ambitious and under-delivers. The French onion soup was fair but, as usual, too salty. The Caesar salad was strangely dry (but at least it wasn't overdressed). The crab cakes were good but came on a bed of mismatching vegetables and with a strange red pepper sauce. The... More

Improved over prior years and food much better quality with a new and better farmhouse focussed, local produce style menu. Quality of the kids menu food was especially improved. Quite a big restaurant so when full the kitchen seems a bit overwhelmed by the numbers but not an issue if you dine early. Very nice wait staff. Also, it seems... More
