Great local bakery!

Great coffee and a good place to buy rolls, and donuts . I counter has locals hanging out there every morning, discussing local politic and world happens.

Stopped in to grab some baked goods. The girl working there could not have been less friendly. Barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed when I asked a question and did not thank me when I paid. Limited selection of items even though I was there early. Don't accept debit or credit cards. I am guessing they stay in business since they... More

Stopped by the other morning, had some of their donuts there were amazing! Boston cream was lightly filled and tasted great. Not sure if their open on the 4th but going to drive by and hope that they are. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. Bring cash though! Not credit cards, it's cash only.

Sweet Surrender Bakery has been around for a long time. The ownership may have changed, but the quality of food has not. They offer a great selection of organic teas and the donuts and other items are to die for.

They serve Green Mountain which is a must when in Vermont. It was great to choose from so many flavors in a pretty cool shop. My buddy inhaled his fresh baked muffin before we even left it was so good. We will definitely visit again when we return when the snow falls.

I went here yesterday and purchased a variety of pastries. There is a large assortment to choose from. I ended up getting some brownies, carrot cake, macaroons and dinner roles. The prices are more than reasonable and it is the perfect place to go for your pastrie and baked good needs.I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a wedding cake from this place, and it was delicious! It's hard to get excited about wedding cake, but this one was just right - creamy and not too sweet.
