Came in for lunch and had great service from our waiter John. The food was outstanding paired with the brews recommended by him. Cool atmosphere. Went back for the live band one night and had a blast with the locals. Great place!

Love seeing this! We're always working hard to step up our game, and I'm glad the live band went over well! Come back by on Thursdays, we'll be having Irish music from now on -- it'll be a blast. All the best, Mark - Owner More

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. The pub was busy, but not super crowded. Service was very slow. Food was good though. TVs are only at the bar area, we could not watch the games from the restaurant.

Thanks for stopping in! I'm really glad to hear you enjoyed your meals, but wish you could have said the same for the service. That definitely doesn't sound like us, and I'm confident things with be much speedier and more accommodating next time around. Hopefully, we'll have some seats open at the bar so you can catch the game. Cheers!... More

I stopped in here for a drink with some friends. The atmosphere made me feel like I was in a 'local' bar. They had a decent beer selection. We had already eaten but the food coming out of the kitchen looked decent.

When you're here, you might as well be a local! That being said, we like to think we've got some pretty good brews and some pretty fantastic food. Try the Verbacon burger with a local Vermont draft -- you won't be disappointed. All the best, Mark - Owner More

The food was good but for a couple of beers and a burger for two it was over $60.00. Prices too high for an Irish pub.

We visited Killarney's for a quick dinner. The food was average, but the portion size very good. The 20 oz beers were $7 each. Their on line menu does not show prices. They are about $11 to $20. Hamburgers are around $12 to $14. There were four of us, three had burgers, one the Rueben. All came with an ample... More

This was another dissapointment on our trip. We arrived at the bar for supper and it took about 15 minutes to be seated. For the first 6 minutes no one was even around than a waitress said she will be right back. It was the bartender who sat us and she came just as we were about to walk out.... More

We waited for service in an isolated dining room for over 10 minutes. I ordered a beer which took another 10 minutes to arrive. The potato skins came out looking more like baked potatoes with cheese smothered on them. After only one bite, I found them to be awful, so I sent them back. The manager showed up and interviewed... I apologize that you had a substandard experience with us! Really, no one likes sending back food -- especially in the situation you described. We try to offer large portions, and many customers enjoy their potato skins. Additionally, a typical restaurant policy is to offer a discounted rate, but if our manager had a confrontational tone, I apologize. I'm glad... More

Stopped in for dinner, was greeted by the sounds of traditional Irish music playing. Sat at the bar, had an awesome bartender that knew how to pour a great pint of beer!!! Lots of traditional food on the menu, I had the Bangers and Mash which was sinfully delicious! Can't wait to stop in again!

What can we say? We get pretty Irish here! What's better than bangers and mash? Bangers and mash with a beer to wash it down. We're glad you had a great time and can't wait to have you back. All the best, Mark - Owner More

We were part of a motorcycle rally and when the bartender finally showed up behind the bar to take our order we asked if there were discounts for the bikers, and was told no. Not in a particularly nice way, but rather rudely. We had one drink, shared one bowl of popcorn, and never was attended to by the bartender... More

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience, Maureen. We take reviews like yours to heart and will focus on some aspects you mentioned in the future. Friendly and attentive service are staples here, and I'm disappointed you didn't get to feel the true Killarney vibe. Come back in sometime; we know we can give you that five-star experience... The name may suggest that of an Irish pub but Killarney in Ludlow isn't. It's a favorite watering spot in town but when it comes to food, be forewarned. If you're interested in a drink with a group of younger folks (legal, of course), this might be your place. However, if you're interested in a good meal there are other... More

I'm sorry to hear your meal wasn't all you hoped it would be. It's good to know you liked the drinks, but we pride ourselves on both food and drink. Despite your experience, I can assure you we're an Irish pub and serve a number of traditional Irish dishes. Drop back in, and we'll make sure you leave satisfied. All... More
