Great Pub Atmosphere

The pub was crowded so we ate at the bar and enjoyed the company of Owen the barman. We had pub food and beer. The three piece Irish group were very good. We would eat here again.

Visited this place last year on our way to hike the White Mountains. I've visited Ireland before and I'd have to say, it's very similar to their pubs. There's an entertainer there just about every night, and our entertainer was very funny and told a lot of "Paddy Jokes". If you're looking for a place to sleep here, visit Inn... More

My husband and I recently spent a weekend in Mendon, VT and had lunch at McGrath's Irish Pub one day and went back a 2nd time for dinner. Our server at lunch time was named Owen and he was very personable and attentive, even though he seemed to be the only server and was also tending bar. Lunch was good,... More

The food was excellent...shepherds pie & awesome soda bread dessert. It is a wonderful casual pub experience. Definitely would recommend it!

My husband and I ate dinner here a few months ago and we were definitely impressed. The bartender was waiting on all the tables and did an awesome job. He was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I would definitely eat here again if I were in the area.

Went in to scope this pub as a possible venue for our New Year celebrations. Warmly welcomed by the bar staff, lovely people, quaint decor. Food that we saw served looked wholesome although we did not eat ourselves. Sadly was a little too far to travel on the night but it's a good spot if your passing.

I like trying new places when I'm on vacation, but this was a place I knew I wanted to revisit. My son and I had dinner at McGrath's a couple of years ago. We enjoyed it then so on this trip when my sister joined us, we just had to go back. McGrath's was just as good as I remembered... More

Very nice pub, good food, and nice staff. Took my son and listened to some great music. A nice way to end the day skink on the mountain. I'd go back. Needs a better sign outside to find it
