Great tapas!

We went to the Garlic for tapas after skiing and it was great! It was two for one tapas and what a deal! It was a perfect small snack/ meal before we headed back to shower and have dinner hours later. I've had dinner at the Garlic also on past trips, and it, too, was good. The wine selection... read more

The food is really exceptional. Every meal I have had here has been great! The atmosphere is low lit and comfy. Try not to go right at dinner time 7-9pm if possible. The waits can be Very long! If that is unavoidable then just suck it up and wait. It's worth it.

The regular menu is pretty standard and a little pricey but they serve a nice selection of Tapas (only) in the bar, and these are really good. As expected, there are lots of dishes that are based on garlic, but they also have a variety of other stuff. I liked the wings and the shrimp, and the calamari from the... More

We could smell the garlic from the parking lot! As soon as we got out of the car, my son said he didn't know if this was going to be too much for him. Boy did he eat those words! This was one of the BEST meals we had on our vacation. Matt served us Garlic Mussels, Wild Mushroom Pasta... More

Second year I'm visiting this place. Pretty good food. I enjoyed a roasted vegetable appetizer; however, being roasted vegetables, it should have been served hot instead of "room temperature". The menu clearly says this, but it still needs some heat. Fish and cow meat were good. With two apps and entrees and a dessert, we were looking at close to... More

We LOVE this place. There isn't a bad table in the place and the low lighting is so cozy and romantic. This was our 4th experience and it was again delicious. My husband had his 'best meal ever' here consisting of lamb app with blueberry sauce and goat cheese. As well as a lobster ravioli entree (which was a special... More

I accompanied my sister to a gathering with other ladies of "a certain age" who dine here regularly to enjoy Tapas specials and also because the food is half price on Tuesday evening. I had an excellent salad of fresh greens with a tangy, but smooth house dressing, a generous pour of merlot and a very tender 8oz filet mignon... More

We came here with a group of 27 and were very impressed. The servers were organized and prepared for us. All of our food came out at about the same time and was really good. Some of our folks who got steak thought it was some of the best they have had. The process were very reasonable and the portions... More

Very nice ambience, you smell the garlic when you walk in. After being seated baked cloves of garlic fresh baked bread and olive oil are delivered to your table then the fun begins. All the pasta dishes were very good and the portions are very large. Wine, drinks and beer

I have been going to Killiington for years but never had the pleasure of visiting the garlic restaurant. On this trip I went to try it out and was immediately impressed with its woody and cozy atrmosphere. The bar was friendly and lively and the dining room reminded me of ski restaurants in Europe. The complimentary roasted garlic and bread... More
