This place is great for a more relax and quite dinner. The food is great. They bring you a oven roasted garlic with parmesan cheese that is simply amazing.

First, let me say that Matt was the single best waiter that has ever helped me in a restaurant. Timing, suggestions, concern, attentiveness/distance, demeanor… This guy is tops. Next, I must say that the food was fantastic. The pasta was cooked to al dente perfection. The puttanesca sauce was lively and flavorful. The Osso Buco was sweet and tender. The... More

Excellent food and service. The atmosphere is very warm however is great for both small and large groups. The food was very good starting with the roasted garlic and bread served at the start of the meal. Would definitely go again!

Seven of us (4 adults & 3 teenage boys) went here on Saturday night of MLK weekend prepared to wait an hour or so for a table. We must have arrived at just the right time as once our whole party arrived we were seated within minutes. Bruschetta & calamari were delicious & the loaves of warm bread were a... More

We have visited the restaurant this winter and it was buzzing with live in the evening, packed parking lot and cozy inside. We stayed in the bar area and enjoyed drinks and tapas. Tapas variety was nice and they were very yummy! The best of all it smelled like garlic everywhere and as I'm a garlic lover I enjoyed it... More

Second annual trip to Killington. 3rd visit to The Garlic. We love this place. Food is delicious, aroma of garlic as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is great. I like the low lighting and rustic mountain cabin feel (but not cheesy or overkilled). We sat in the restaurant twice and at the bar once--great experience and food everytime!... More

A group of 7 of us went for dinner on a Friday night, we couldn't reserve a table and had to wait as it was busy but we were happy to do so in the bar which had a great drink selection, including an awesome Sangria, along with amazing and great value tapas. The meal itself was very good, especially... More

We dined at The Garlic this past weekend. I realize this was a very busy weekend and we waited 1 hour for a table. Ok- so having said that, we tried to get a seat at the bar and after ordering drinks we tried to sit at the bar but there were dirty glasses beer cans, napkins etc. everywhere.. We... More

We came to the Garlic for a dinner on one of the nights during our visit in Vermont. The place was buzzing and we had to wait for an hour to be seated. We were directed to the bar area where we had a drink in a very vibrant and nice ski-resort like atmosphere. The service was good and the... More
