You have to try this at least once! You'll take a snowcat up into the mountain, through trails into the woods. Dine with others on a preset menu prepared in the yurt. Very unique menu items with wine. It's a really unique experience.

I came here with a group of women participating in a Donna Weinbrecht ski clinic at Killington. The food was very good and it was a treat to ride in snow cats to restaurant just off a ski trail, we all enjoyed the evening very much.

The yurt is adorable with a wood burning stove and country style chairs and tables. But for lunch there is a long wait and the food is awful. The menu descriptions sound delicious but the food is awful. We had a reuben , it was grilled but came ice cold and stiff as a board, the squash soup was delish... More

This was a great 4 course plus dessert dinner. I have been to many places with a tasting menu, but I found this was to be very expensive and not include any wine. It was $150/person for just food. Another $100 for wine for 6 people. I would think for $150/person you could include a wine tasting or at least... More

We enjoyed lunch at the Ledgewood Yurt. Cozy place with super staff. Food was very good. Reuben and butternut soup highly recommended! Great upgrade from lodge dining for an upscale lunch!

We dined at the Yurt on Sunday, Feb 16th – there were 2 couples in our party. The ride up and down the mountain was quick and fun, but quite frigid, even though blankets are provided! You are in an open snowcat (not enclosed as some people thought). Arriving at the Yurt you see the adorable round building lit up... More

This was my second time doing the Ledgewood Yurt. When I did it two years ago with friends, it was a great experience. This time, I went with my husband and brother, and they were both as blown away as I was. The quality of the food is outstanding. You might expect that the experience would really be about the... For the mountain, it's pretty expensive. But even in the driving rain, which it was the night I went, it was pretty cool. A cat - a groomer winter machine - drives this huge sled, with you and your dinner companions - to a yert (a big tent)- for a preset 4 course (?) dinner. Wine and beer not included.... More

If you are looking for a unique dining experience this is an awesome option. I was treated by my cousin last season for my birhtday. You start out at the umbrella bar and take a 20 min ride to the Yurt. The food and service are first class....I was so impressed I took my husband this season. The on difference... More
