We've eaten here several times now and are really pleased with the new chef. The food is interesting, nicely presented, and delicious. Standouts for me from our visits were a roasted sweet corn pasta dish (in the summer) and the lamb pasticcio (on the autumn menu). The pasta came in a watery broth, which I wasn't expecting but found wonderfully... More

The fried quail was outstanding; tender, and fried in a terrific mixture of crispy spices. May be the best fowl we've enjoyed. French Onion on par with other good french onion soups, with a slightly sweeter taste then we've had before. Server was a polite and attentive young lady. Very warm and welcome evening, on a cool rainy evening, on... More

We decided to give the "New" Vermont Inn a try and we really enjoyed it. Inovative cuisine with just the right touch, you will not be disappointed this place is going to be known for some of the finest food in the area.

My girlfriend and I recently went to the Vermont Inn curious to experience the food and service now that the Inn is open again. The outside patio and view of Pico were really spectacular and the décor and atmosphere made us believe we would be receiving a great meal but sadly this was not the case. To start I ordered... This restaurant has been open for two weeks and we ate there Friday 7-18-14 and were not disappointed-we can't wait to go back! This is a must try restaurant in the Killington area-the views were breath taking as we ate outside and the ambiance on the inside is exactly as we remember it when it was open. The food was... My husband and I stayed at the Vermont Inn ( I have reviewed that as well). Our fist night we ate at the restaurant and it was not at all what we expected. We came in July and had the option to eat inside or out, we chose in due to the sun. Both in and outside were decorated nicely.... More

Stayed last weekend in April while attending a workshop at the INN. Spent the weekend and had lovely huge breakfasts, relaxed inthe bar, had scrumptious dinner with party of ight and then relaxe din the Tv room in PJs with freinds. Slept so well and awoke to cardinals and birds in the nearby trees... so relaxing... and our workshop was... More

To be fair, all the food is delicious, prepared well, and with quality ingredients. But being French Onion soup lovers this was truly unique and wonderful. I rarely return to a restaurant twice when traveling because I feel like I will miss something. But we decided to eat here both nights we stayed at the Inn because it was so... More

This establishment changed hands last December so ignore all the older reviews and head directly to this place if you are anywhere near it! We chanced upon it while touring New England and the inn and its restaurant provided one of the highlights of our trip. Everything we had was yummy, so waxing on about those dishes would be pointless.... More
