Excellent Dinner

We enjoyed our meal here so much we ate there twice, we are vegetarian and the lasagna and flatbreads were both excellent.

Poor customer service and thats putting it nice. Food over priced for what you get. Though the food was good. Drinks were watered down.

Most of the places on the hill at Jay Peak have similar food. Here, one of us had the Foundry Burger and I had Foundry Forge Sandwich (brisket and fried onion) and we both liked what we had, but they weren't super special. I did like the horseradish coulis, though, that came with the onion rings and I dipped my... More

I thought this place would be good. its one of the higher end options in the whole jay peak resort complex. The place is actually pretty small but its setting and location is cool for checking out the slopes, and it definitely had that awesome vibe of a fun upscale trendy gastro pub. the menu looked promising, but honestly it... We visited The Foundry for a casual dinner during our recent ski trip to Jay Peak. The Foundry serves good pub food and we enjoyed their wings & burgers. We also found the wait staff to be helpful & friendly.

Overpriced, a very long wait at lunch time and the menu offers the same food you would find at a chain family restaurant.

We liked the atmosphere at the Foundry and its location at the Jay Peak Resort. However, it is way too small for the amount of people Jay Peak attracts. There was always at least a 30 minute wait for both lunch and dinner! If this place could be doubled in size that would be perfect. The food was mediocre, nothing... More

Do not bother to wait around for an hour to be seated at this restaurant. The hostess could not have cared less and once seated, we watched the staff float around empty handed as those seated at table after table sat looking around with no food in front of them. This place was VERY poorly managed and the food, once... More
