This tiny little diner reminds me of the old trailer-style diners, but it's really more of a shack. And that's not really a bad thing. We went at noon on a Sunday, and were seated immediately, though we might not have been if we'd arrived any earlier. Seemed like a big crowd had just left. I ordered the fresh Angus... More

Whenever I'm in this area I try to come here for breakfast. The diner has had it's ups and down over the years but it's still there and still serves homemade food so it must be doing something right. I'll be there for breakfast the next time I'm in the upper valley.

This diner is a throw back to when you could get home cooked food. This is probably my favorite diner and I travel for a living. Their food is made from scratch. Try the turkey club, you won't be disappointed. It's real turkey.

As anyone who has read my submissions, they will know that I highly support locally owned businesses. I have been coming to the Diner since 1994. The same owner and some of the same staff!

After reading an article about this place and seeing the reviews in TripAdvisor, we were eager to try this place. Anticipating a wait, we made sure to arrive prior to noon for lunch. No wait, as there was a booth available, in addition to all twelve stools. We both ordered from the Specials menu. My wife had a pulled chicken... More

My husband and I just wish this diner was located closer to our home. We really enjoyed the specials for breakfast, including a pulled pork and cheddar omelette and biscuits with a uniquely spicy sausage gravy. It's delightful to find a place like this that has the comfortable feel of a small town diner but is willing to have fun... More

Once a year we travel up to Farmway from Windsor VT and always make it a point to stop and eat lunch at this tiny diner in Fairlee, VT. Great place to eat. Have always like what we have been served. Great menu. This year (2013) we loved the chicken pie and the pulled pork melt sandwich. These guys are... More

The waiters were friendly but the food was terribly overrated. The only thing I would recommend is the blueberry pancakes. The spanish omelet was just an egg stuffed with cheap salsa. I could not finish the sausage links because they had an odd taste. The food is edible, but frankly, after having breakfast at the nearby North Woods cafe I... More

If you go for breakfast, you MUST have the blueberry pancakes. The food is always hot and delivered to the table as soon as it's ready. Great fried chicken, too.

We had breakfast at the Fairlee Diner twice while staying at the Lake Morey Resort and both times it was delicious. The portions are large, the breakfast menu extensive and the coffee is very good. The blueberry pancakes, overflowing with fresh, juicy pancakes were to die for! We had breakfast at the Whistle Stop one morning and it was a... More
