Great local place for really good thin-crust pizza, wings, salads and good assortment of brew. Friendly service, nothing fancy. Music on Fridays and Saturdays. Had a great time....definitely recommended. Had the maple wings and a margarita pizza. Got a house salad with all fresh ingredients. All well prepared. A ton of choices of pizza.

We were not steered wrong by the helpful inn-keeper at our B&B when she recommended The Pizza Stone. We had very good pizza at a very good price. We love pizza, and have had the worst along with the best. This was definitely on the plus side.

There are a number of places worth traveling to for a great pint in South Central VT. I would add the Pizza Stone to that list. The pizza is the best I have ever had ...anywhere. They have a great craft beer selection,try a Backacre. The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable and cozy. It is a neighborhood place not touristy.
