Everything was so delicious! From the mango salad to all of the entrees it was great! We had the pho soup with chicken and the one with beef and the rice models with grilled chicken. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth it! Also BYOB which makes it very economical! I highly recommend!

I tried to get in here last night for dinner, but there was a 40-minute wait so decided to come back for lunch today and was seated right away. This is an inexpensive and casual restaurant about a mile away from the downtown area. I had spring rolls and pho ga and was very happy with my selections. The pho... More

We went based on the amazing reviews for this place. Unfortunately, the website says nothing about no beer/wine license so we had to run to the Cumberland Farms around the corner- not a very good selection. The place is very popular, especially for takeout. We waited about 40 minutes for an outside table. Inside there was no air conditioning and... More

We had lunch at Pho Hong and were very pleased. We only ordered spring rolls and vegetarian pho soup - both were very good. The serving sizes were plenty - we did not finish our pho. Nice tasty healthy lunch for two for $20 plus tip. The setting is nothing special, in an old building it shares with a laundromat.

I have had the pleasure of eating here many times during my travels through Vt. I have had pho all over the country and nothing compares to Pho Hong. And it's not just the pho, everything is amazing. I personally love the tiger rolls. Just a great family restaurant that does it right. Be sure to eat here, you will... More

We read the rave reviews before going to Pho Hong and it didn't disappoint. I had pho in numerous cities and they are very consistent. This one stands out being a bit more rich in flavor, more fresh in the ingredients, and a bit unexpected given it's in Burlington. You can add shrimp, squid for extra. You can also sample... More

We last ate here in August 2014, and this time ordered take-out to enjoy in our hotel. We were not disappointed. Two soups: Vietnamese Wonton Soup, Tom Yum Soup (Thai sweet and sour soup), Spicy Szechuan Eggplant, and Ban Xao (Vietnamese crepe filled with shrimp, pork, bean sprout and onion). Approximately 1/2 hour wait on Friday night, either for eat-in... More

We eat here frequently. It is one of our favorites. The food is consistently very good with quick attentive service. It is very popular and small, so get there early if you can or you will have to wait in line. Take out is an option and always there at the time given. The atmosphere is simple and casual, social...
