Vegetarian Eats

This family run Vietnamese restaurant has so many tasty and delicious dishes to choose from, many are vegetarian friendly. We didn't feel restricted with our choices and everything we ate was delicious. Will return the next time we visit Burlington.

Pho Hong consistently provides Burlingtonians with Vietnamese basics in an unpretentious setting. One can never go wrong with the beef pho or the bun thit.

Vietnamese food is subtle but when done right, is fresh, light and a great departure from the heavier other pacific rim cuisines. Pho Hong does not disappoint. I had the Pho Tai. A noodle soup with beef. It had just a bit of sweetness and a good helping of basil and bean sprouts to add as you work your way... More

My boyfriend and I habe been coming here for some time now. Its our weekly tradition. We love the staff, they are amazing and handle the busy dinner shifts with such a positive attitude.. The food is pho-nomenal. Never had a bad dish! I love the spring rolls and my go to, #9 with no tofu. Large portions, fair prices.... More

We continue to eat here each time we travel to VT. Inexpensive, clean and fresh ingredients. Always a good time and BYOB

Great food. All the dishes are terrific. Don't miss it. Beware of lunch hour during the weekend. It's *always* crowded.

I recently visited Pho Hong for the first time and came away resoundingly pleased with my experience. I'd like to begin by mentioning the service. It was very busy when I went at lunch (with almost all the tables being full and many people coming in for take-out) and one man was handling everything. He must have had boundless energy:... More

Great "little" place. Food is excellent , BYOB, and plenty of it. must arrive by 6pm or you wait at least an hour especially if more than 2. They do take out but it takes forever to get it and your order is often wrong . Good thing is that all the meals r great so there is no loss.... More

Reliably fresh, well prepared food. It's very casual and byob. I have never been impressed by the speed of service but it's always kind. We usually take-out because the staff is too busy to be totally attentive. If you're in no rush, then not a problem. Food is scrumptious! Spicy eggplant dish with squid is my favorite thus far.

Great place. Excellent, authentic food and good prices in a relaxed, BYOB setting. Service was okay, but the food was absolutely delicious.
