Really busy, We only waited about 10 minutes in line and boom. Excellent service, delicious food and friendly staff. They really cared if you were happy. Looking at everyone else's plates I could have eaten it all. I had the biscuits and gravy and hubs had the classic breakfast. The eggs Benedict looked scrumptious. They also had specialty drinks and... More

Our daughter and boyfriend spent Christmas in Vermont with us. We took them the Magnolia's for breakfast the day after Christmas. What an amazing, amazing, restaurant. It is located in the basement of an older building. Open ceilings with exposed timbers, brick support columns and nice big tables with plenty of space between them made for great atmosphere. The menu... More

We took my granddaughter back to school at UVM after the Thanksgiving holiday. She had classes on Monday morning, but we went in search of breakfast. We weren't familiar with Burlington and this place wasn't easy to find. In fact, when we got there we still weren't sure we had found it. It was in a basement lined with old... More

Magnolias is an okay place to eat. We went for a late breakfast. I had the pumpkin "French toast" which was simply a thick slice of toasted pumpkin bread. Nothing special. They do take your cell number and send you a text when your table is ready, which is nice.
