Right near the farmers market on Saturday morning, the food was very good and the service was very nice. Sitting on the patio was quite lovely on a nice day.

we stopped in here for breakfast on a saturday morning. although it opens at 8 am, the sign on the door said closed, it took until 8:10 before a fellow customer finally went in and asked if they were open - the sign on the door said closed. Don't forget the sign! the food was good but a little more... More

Burlington has a great farm market on the weekends in the summer (with an amazing variety of vendors) and Magnolia is just off the market and has wonderful food and service. The waffles were excellent.

Magnolia is a little hidden, in a building in an alley. The service was very good. I had pancakes which were great with Real Maple syrup, my Husband had an omelette that looked great. A little more expensive than the average breakfast but worth it.

I usually go to Penny Cluse but I decided to try Magnolia after reading the reviews. Really not bad but does not come close to Penny Cluse.

We were excited to be able to eat lunch at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday afternoon. Magnolia has a great menu for breakfast and lunch and uses organic as well as local grown food. Being on vacation, we often take pictures of the food before we start eating; in this case we had eaten our food and realized... More

We loved Magnolia! You can tell allot of thought, passion and love had gone into this cozy cafe. From their homemade jams and ketchup on the tables, their sweet, friendly staff, the tofu, gluten free, and vegan options, and the fresh juices! Omelets were perfect, lemon ricotta pancakes made my birthday, banana bread with berry cream cheese, salsa , and... More

OMG Loved loved loved this place. My adult daughters and I came here for breakfast in April. We were blown away by the atmosphere, the food and the attention to detail. Delicious fresh food - great atmosphere, happy staff which made our visit so enjoyable. Only criticism - poached eggs not served with the main breakfast (think they forgot!). All in all a great place to eat.

Thanks for the review, Meribel. I do apologize if you didn't get the poached eggs you were expecting. If that ever happens again, please let us know! We'd be happy to make things right. Hope to see you the next time you're in town! Sincerely, Shannon R., Owner More

Went to Magnolia for the first time for breakfast. YUMMY, local food - great service - awesome Vermont cheeses. Varied breakfast options. Good Bloody Mary! Four of us in our group...all loved it. I had a delicious veggie omelet - good size - good value. Burlington is a great city for foodies - so many "farm to table" choices.
