Breakfasted at the recently renovated Henry's Diner. A plate of eggs and bacon with toast and home fries will set you back about $10. The bacon was not cooked well not crispy at all and the home fries had an odd flavor to them. The toast was spot on. Did not feel well for a few days after eating there.... More

I took my boyfriend to vermont for the weekend for his birthday and I found this diner and we had to try it. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We had the sweetest waitress! She deff made us love the place more than we already had. Well priced also. Next time we are in town we're making... More

Wonderful breakfast skillets "The Vermonter" with corned beef hash and "The Philly" with steak and cheese. Hungry Henry's with 3 eggs, bacon, french toast and homemade biscuit--a dream breakfast. Good coffee and great service. On a Sunday morning, 45 minutes wait, so we walked on Church Street, stopped in the new LLBean store, and came back in 40 minutes to... More

My favorite breakfast meal and Henry's does it as good (or probably better) as any I've had in the northeast. Loaded with taste and very filling. My wife, who has southern roots, had grits with her breakfast and was quite impressed at how well they were cooked. She rarely finishes her order of grits when out, but she did this... More

Don't expect fancy. Don't expect gourmet. Just enjoy real mashed potatoes, "down home diner food". Breakfast is served all day last I remember, and can include all the faves pancakes or waffles, fried potatoes, bacon, Eggs, oatmeal, fruit. Lunch continues with sandwiches, burgers, salads, plenty of variety , arriving fast , with reasonable prices and great service. Sometimes lines are... More

The inimitable Henry’s Diner has been a Burlington staple since the late 1960’s. Currently the restaurant is closed for renovations and updating. The plan is to have everything up and running before the students return in mid- August. That is a good thing as nothing last forever and periodic deep cleaning and upgrading to current specs works in everyone’s best... More
