Very good diner fare

A northeast diner with southwest menu was a nice surprise. The usual breakfast basics but with creative combinations of beans, mushrooms, veggies... Their home made biscuits are really good too.

Believe the reviews. The lines don't get long for bad bood. It's just what you want for breakfast. Great chorizo soft taco egg breakfast.

You need to get there early if you want to get a seat. 30 min before the restraunt opens. The food is really yummy, and the coffee is always nice, and hot. Some of the service were really good, and some not so good. It all depends who you have waiting on you.

A bit of a wait, but above average. Loved the egg tacos. BLT also a hit. Glad we were under a fan on this steamy hot day.

Have late lunch on Sunday. The waiter that tended my table was ok. Lack of enthusiasm may be it's close to closing time. Didn't even bother mention about special of the day. Food is average well cook American comfort food. I have the Chicken thigh was Orzo salad. A bit on the salty side. Coffee was lukewarm instead of hot.

Food was decent, I had French toast with fruit. It was really nice (but if I was picky I'd say the toast was too thin). Decor is cosy and nice. Had a great buzz inside and was very busy. Would be a regular if I was a local.

Too pretentious for my taste. Always a line. The coffee is consistently on the weak side. Great home fries. Excellent quality food; wide selection. Almost always a line out the door.

We were looking for somewhere to eat. The smell outside Penny Clus was so lovely it drew us in. Lunch was great, the best virgin blood Mary ever - and I have drunk them on all 4 continents. My taco salad was very fresh, very interesting and did not rely on gunky dressing to make it fantastic. The salad was... More

Always a stop for Sunday brunch when I am in Burlington. Nothing wrong with weekdays either, just usually end up there on Sundays. Always a wait, means good food, good service, nice people. Very interesting menu full of healthy choices, and seasonal goodies.
