Shalimar of India in Burlington, Vermont offers a small, intimate family atmosphere. This restaurant is family owned and operated. You have a choice of how spicey you want your food. We love this place. The food is great and the family running it is friendly. We mostly do take out. The one failing thing about it is that they are EXPENSIVE and raise their prices far too often for our liking. We suck it up and take out still, but less often because of the cost. more
