We didn't have a reservation but really glad we ate here. We walked around church street for a bit until a table was ready. The food was great, better than most back in home in Houston. It's a lot so plan to take some home if it's just two of you. Atmosphere is minimal but service is very attentive and... More

I'd never had Lichee fruit before. This was a birthday party for a friend and it was a great outing! The food was amazing; all delicious and so flavorful. We spent a shocking amount of money, though, but it was a very special evening.

Some of the best Asian food in Burlington. (I know, our options are limited!) Most of the dishes are served family style, so it's great for sharing. I love coming for lunch. The tasting menu is the way to go. For $16 a person, you get a soup, several (6 or so) dishes to try and a dessert!

For a really delicious Chinese dinner you can't beat the Single Pebble. Must start with the imitation eel appetizer (really mushrooms, sauted and more) Any entrée hot or mild is wonderful and the service is great and restaurant well done.

We have dined in restaurants throughout Asia and were surprised to find such well-prepared and authentic dishes in Burlington. The food was fresh, spicy and hot. The Red Oil chicken was superb. My wife travels to Beijing 2/3 times per month and thought the pot stickers to be thick and not as delicate as those she enjoys in China. All... More

As they told us on our first visit, the food is served family style on a lazy susan. We have enjoyed both our visits there. Both times we went for the specials and were not disappointed.

Maybe we're biased being from NYC and eating in Chinatown pretty often, but A Single Pebble does a very good job with their Chinese food- just not as good as the locals raved. The Chop Your Head Off soup was AMAZING, but things slid downhill a bit from there. The peking duck appetizer was good, the chicken dumplings were awful... More

People.rave about this place. I don't get it. I have never had a good meal here. I went for dim sum this morning and everything was cold. Food is aweful!

We really enjoyed our meal at the Single Pebble. Tried several dishes we have never had before and loved them. The service was very good and the atmosphere very comfortable. Highly recommend trying the Single Pebble.

A Single Pebble Restaurant has really tasteful Chinese food. We liked the way they serve the food, you can share everything because they put the food on a round disk in the middle of the table. The interior is cozy and the staff very friendly. We liked it very much!
