Delicious meal!

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The wait staff is clearly well trained and offer you the prices of the specials (I always wonder why some don't - seems silly to me). The wine selection is lovely. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We would definitely go back!

I've eaten here about 5 times so far when I'm in town for business and it is consistently excellent. That being said, I can only speak for the excellence of the Tagliatelle Bolognese and Chianti because it is a favorite comfort food of mine and I can't seem to order anything else! The dishes served to fellow diners always look... More

Dim and romantic atmosphere. Feels like you are in Italy (minus language). This restaurant has been around for a long time but has evolved with the times and remains at the top of my list for a special meal. Authentic interesting dishes make it an experience beyond spaghetti and meatballs. (But they are delicious here too!)

We really enjoy this restaurant for special occasions. Everything we've had has been delicious. The ambiance is cozy and intimate, with a fireplace. The wine selection is wonderful.

This is about as good as it gets for Italian fare anywhere. From the moment you enter through the stairwell you could be anywhere. NYC?, Tuscany maybe? I like Sunday evenings as they tend to be a bit quieter than other evenings yet by 7 or so the restaurant was filling up. Great reviews/ reputation... Two courses to begin. We... More

I've lived in Vermont for twenty years, but had never been here. Silly me! Trattoria Delia isn't cheap, but all of the food is terrific. From the antipasta to the pasta to the meat dishes, all fabulous. And one of the better tiramisu to be found in the area. This is the real deal.

After dropping our daughter off to UVM for orientation, we set off to find a good relaxing meal. We were very happy with our decision to try Trattotia Delia. Both being of Italian descent, we are picky about our food. This restaurant did not disappoint. From the mananger finding us a table without a reservation on a busy Sunday night,... More

There are quite a few excellent restaurant options in Burlington. There are restaurants that have nice ambiance, great food and good service. But there aren't many restaurants that have great service. There aren't many restaurants that get it right every time. There aren't many restaurants that just don't ever let you down. I know of one restaurant in Burlington that... More

There aren't enough superlatives to describe Trattoria Delia. It's quite simply the best genuine Italian restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I travel to Burlington four times a year on business, and I always try to visit Trattoria Delia at least once. Within the cozy, warm, charming surroundings of what I can only describe as the basement of... More

Loved the duck appetizer but wish they included more arugula. Duck was fantastic. Loved the Lasagne. Thin noodles, béchamel and light red meat sauce. Filet was superb. The owners need to dust away dome of the cobwebs. The jarred antipasto decor looked like science experiments. Great bread, service and affordable wine selection. Would return again. Dark and romantic rustic atmosphere.

Dear shoreviews, I am glad to hear you enjoyed the Duck and our fresh Lasagna. The Filet has always been one of our most popular dishes and I am pleased it did not disappoint. I will be sure to do some dusting to keep the dark and romantic atmosphere more appealing. We look forward to your next visit and thank... More
