Great food, beer, and atmosphere!

We headed for this restaurant at 8:30 pm before checking into our hotel. Food is marvelous, as are its beer choices. The pizza is authentic Neapolitan wood fired, and the menu has some marvelous combinations. Great way to start our visit to Burlington!

Being a pizza aficionado, or at least being born and raised in staten island new York, I feel it qualifies me enough to say the dough and the pizza that we had for dinner the other night was absolutely fantastc. We have the funghi rustico and the aroma from the truffle oil and the taste of the béchamel and mushrooms... More

Sitting at the bar...enjoying a late dinner. House wine and a Margherita pizza...direct from the authentic Neapolitan wood fired oven. Savory and delicious!

This is a great restaurant and offers a lot more than a typical pizzeria. Fun, buzzy atmosphere with good service. The half carafe of house wine was also excellent and fairly priced. Good choice in Burlington with a deserved reputation.

I have been to this restaurant a few times since I have relocated to the area. Pizza is one of my passions as I lived in Italy as well as being born in an Italian neighborhood. They serve Neapolitan style pizza . That means from the dough, ingredients and the oven. This is very authentic. Highly recommended

I came upon Pizzeria Verita when in town for business. I was alone and the place was packed. The host told me that seats at the bar would be opening soon and that I could wait there if I wanted to sit at the bar. I'm fine with that and a seat did open up. I felt invisible for awhile,... More

We had a pretty large group, of which they were able to accommodate us - I did make a reservation before hand. The vibe is really cool and hip - the bar has a great selection of local beers and interesting cocktails to start with. The pizzas were really unusual and extremely good. Whether you are a carnivore or a... More

I have lived in this area for 22 years and this pizzeria has proved to exceed ALL my expectations for casual, yet creative dining. It's WAY too creative to be called a pizzeria, but the majority of the selections are pizzas, proceeded by antipastos and salads that will impress. My 17 year old went here first, with her grandma. She... More

We enjoyed a great dinner at Pizzeria Verita. The service was excellent, the suggested antipasti appetizer (designed based on the "Chef's whim") was tasty and eclectic, and the pizza was superb! It seemed truly Italian, with great crust and great ingredients. The atmosphere was good, with a nice level of buzz, and the windows at the front were open if... More
