We were shopping in Burlington and how could you not stop into a Ben & Jerry's shop!? As always the ice cream was brilliant, with friendly employees! My husband had the mint chocolate chip milkshake which disappeared in record time, and I had the salted caramel blondie the first time we went, and butter pecan ice cream the second time... More

If you are in Burlington you must come here, beside have the traditional Ben & Jerry's ice cream in their home town, you can look at the beatiful Church street from the window and also get some souvenirs like spoons and other accesories that you can bring home to eat your Ben & Jerry's and remember this beatiful city

I've never been to a Ben and Jerry scoop shop before, just enjoyed the ice cream pints from the supermarket. So of course I had to try some in the city where it all started. Delicious, better than the supermarket pints. No line, as it was February and just snowed. Seating is available, and store was very clean with friendly... More

We enjoyed our visit to Ben and Jerry's. It's a must-do in Vermont!! The line moved along quickly, and the servers are very efficient. Fantastic ice cream! We will go again!

No trip to Vermont is complete without some ice cream from Ben & Jerry's, even in November! The wait was not long, the line moved quickly thanks to efficient servers. It took us longer to choose our flavors! The kid-size was perfect after our recent dinner and the ice cream was delicious. Everyone working here seemed very friendly. There is... More

A fun place to visit with a great location in town to enjoy some really creative flavors and some of the best ice cream in the world. One day I hope I work at the Ben and Jerry's Factory so I can get my 3 free pints per day!!!

Since it seemed to be a big deal I decided to visit, but it's really just ice cream. Don't get me wrong, Ben & Jerry's is good ice cream, but with all the hype I thought it would taste better than store-bought Ben & Jerry's, and it did not. Service was friendly enough and the wait was reasonable for a... More

Tried the frozen yogurt but unfortunately they ride on being a Vermont icon so typically get nothing but raves, however the frozen yogurt was about as bleak as you can get. Atmosphere poor compared to the new kids popping up in this industry. Gotta get back in the food game. Service pretty quick, yogurt not so...

Best Ice Cream always and visited their Museum and very interesting Cemetery where they laid those flavors which cease productions.

Great ice cream, great location, worth the 10-15 min wait at peak times on a hott summer day. Take the ice cream outside and walk down the beautiful street. Will make the kids happy and if you really love it go check out the factory in Stowe :)
