And in that way as was very pleased. There's also Wi-Fi if you wonder about that. Atmosphere is low light, tables are tiny although there's a spot where you can relax on couch-like things. Service was... Just ok, except when in the store where they took me to pay the check.

I was looking forward to visiting this little place, I love tea and limited menu looked great as well. My husband and I walked in and they were busy. Always a good sign that it is popular so there for looking forward to the experience. The atmosphere was great and it smelled wonderful. When a server came to us and... More

Finally, a tea room that values the leaf over added flavoring! Come here for a good selection of quality, unflavored teas. I think they can take it farther, by seeking out specific estates, for example, but they are definitely going in the right direction, and are leaps and bounds ahead of my other tea experiences in the US. They bring... More

This is a perfect place to relax and escape the cold winters, meet up with friends or spend a quiet evening alone studying and contemplating. An intimate setting with a knowledgeable staff. Enjoy the vast variety of tea or a tea meal. With options like delicious Daal, rice, pita with hummus/baba ganouje/ezme, miso, dolmas and sweets, most are sure to... More

I know my teas. I ordered the best Sencha, Japanese green tea. They used far, far too much of the leaves in a teeny pot made for one small cup. After being advised to steep for about 1 min., the tea was way too strong and bitter. I opened the little pot and inside it was half full of about... More

We've had a great experience each time that we've been here. Really enjoy the music and relaxation. The teas that come in a gourd is delicious. The bubble tea wasn't our favorite though. Wasn't very sweet tasting like we've had at other places. Prices are somewhat high compared to just getting tea at Starbucks or something.

Dobra is an oasis in a sea of commercialism. Stop in and forget that you are right next to Church Street and be swept away to a peaceful and relaxing experience. The hardest part is choosing which tea to get!

They sell loose leaf teas and also serve food. I was pleased with the selections of loose leaf that they had available for sale. I don't know much about many kinds the gentleman working the counter guided me though my purchasing. I am anxious to try my new teas.
