Had lunch there. Place was busy which is not unusual. I ordered the bratwurst my wife the beef sandwich. The beef sandwich was excellent, the bratwurst was disapointing as the sauerkraut is served in a bun, it is in the end a hot dog. They screwed up our order for beer and then waited more than an hour for our... More

Great atmosphere. Great selections of beers. Loved apps, some of our entrees were not seasoned even with salt. Very bland. Their hot sauce helped alot.

I had a Vermont bitter that was utterly authentic and it went nicely with a delicately flavoured schnitzel. The potatoes with the schnitzel tasted like they came out of the ground the same day. Our starters were chicken liver pate (mousse) and hummus. The server's only misstep was to start to take away the left over hummus which my son... More

This was our first meal in Burlington after a long drive from Ohio. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and beer selection. The farm to table freshness and variety was great. At the suggestion of our server, I had a burger, no bun, on a bed of kale. Delicious. The cheese plates and beet appetizers were also delicious.... More

On Sundays, especially in nice weather, Burlington residents love to go downtown to eat(mostly brunch) and mingle. On a nice July day in the middle of summer it was no surprise therefore to find this popular eatery packed, and the area around Church St. hopping. The restaurant was filled with a vibrant crowd that produced a pleasant buzz and a... More

We really went for the beer, and had fun trying 6-oz draft beers from their list of about 25. Bartenders were very helpful and let us taste a few before we ordered. Food was also very good: The house pickled veggies had a bright, crisp flavor; the white bean, sausage and kale soup was tasty (though it felt like a... More

A great experience for our first time in Burlington, VT. A great farm to table experience with a HUGE selection of local brews. We sat at a nice table outside, our waiter was fabulous. The turkey burger was out of this world!

My husband enjoyed the extensive beer list. Both our black bean burger and Angus burger were outstanding. Service was excellent.

After placing our order we waited for over an hour for the food. Tables around us turned twice. Eventually a manager came over to apologize and told us we would not have to pay for the meals (table of five). Food (brunch items) was fine and the menu is very interesting. Even after this debacle we will probably return for... More
