Long wait. Less than stellar tasting meatloaf. Condescending waitress(Julia). Other food was fine buy not stellar which it should be for the price.

The Farmhouse Tap & Grill offers farm-to-table food that is almost as good as they think it is. It is one of those hard decisions "Do I want the food enough to deal with the long wait and the condescending service?" This is Vermont, not NYC. They charge extra for bread with your meal. Yes, it is good bread, but... More

Locals and travelers alike heralded this restaurant as the ultimate experience in Burlington. You can simply lose yourself as you peruse the varied beer offerings, many of which are local. The onion rings and Bayley Hazen toast are not to be missed. The service was adequate, but lacked some attention. It took considerable time for our food to arrive, but... More

Crikey, their spicy burger special on Jan 13th was, in all likelihood, the finest hamburger I have ever eaten anywhere. I will return!

This bustling spot had a nice décor and phenomenal craft brew list. We went twice on our visit to Burlington, once for happy hour snacks and beer, and once for a casual dinner. All told, we had the black bean hummus, onion rings, cheddar beer soup, and burgers. I like that the burgers have a side salad option and not... More

Farmhouse was almost a daily stop for us while in town. Their beer selection is one of the best in. The DT area, and their food is terrific. We had their burger, but split it. It was very filling even and cooked perfectly. The cheese platters are good too, and always changing. I will be going back again. However it... More

We were very pleasantly surprised by our dinner...excellent service, great atmosphere, but most of all a very creative and tasty menu. The food was exceptionally fresh and an interesting variety on the menu. Definitely heading back another time we visit Burlington!

We had dinner here on New Year's Eve. The menu was great, the beer selection superb...and the service was fantastic. The restaurant was packed and yet our server was checking in with us and keeping our glasses full all night. We'll be back.

We have gone here multiple times when we vacation up here and it has never been disappointing. My husband loves weird meat meals and this is the place for it! Everything is farm to table and locally sourced, which is a plus but probably accounts for the expensiveness. There is usually a wait, but there is a bar in the... More

We love their sandwiches but everything we have tried there is really good. Another plus is that they try to use locally grown produce helping the local economy.
