My family and I dined here this past weekend. I ordered the local skate and it was perfectly prepared with lemon and capers. We started with their signature brussels sprouts, yummy. All of 4 of us enjoyed everything. Even the bread is excellent!

Found this gem while looking for a restaurant not too far from where we were staying in Randolph VT. The food was unbelievable and the service very attentive. Highly recommended if you are in the area (or even if you have to travel a bit to get there). Do make a reservation...there are only about eight tables, which makes it... More

Do you have a special occasion coming up? Want to treat someone to an amazing meal? The quality of the food and atmosphere cannot be overstated. Once you've selected your meal, ask for Richard's advice on wine. You won't be disappointed - he's fun and knowledgeable. This is our go-to restaurant for anniversaries, birthdays, and when we are entertaining special... More

Dinner last night at Ariel's was beyond the beyond. How is it possible that Lee Duberman can put out meals time after time that are original, beautiful, delicious and consistent? This family owned and managed restaurant is a delight in every way.

What can one say? The food is simply outstanding as is the service and setting. Three times visited and three times astounded. If it weren't 2500 miles away I would be there every week.

Even though there is a limited menu, the food is locally produced and very delicious. The atmosphere and location are very nice.

Went here for our anniversary and found the food to be outstanding. Richard not only bakes the bread in the outside wood fired oven, but also really knows his wine and gets the highest quality at a reasonable price. Sells nothing he would not drink himself. Lee works magic in a very small kitchen and produces small, medium, and large... More

We are lucky enough to live 15 minutes away from Lee and Richard's restaurant, and I guess you could call us regulars. The restaurant sits on Sunset Lake, adjacent to the (barely) Floating Bridge. It's a beautiful setting in an old house, and when you come in the door it's likely Richard will be there to greet you, while Lee... More

total farm to table and foraged in the wild food. The dishes are very interesting and and it is hard to decide what to have, this goes for the appetizers and desert also. Great wines at many price levels and competent help in selecting the right one. House infused spirits from the bar. We go here for any special occasion... More

Located next to the famed "Floating Bridge" in bucolic Brookfield VT is an ancient home now host to an amazing restaurant. We had fried Brussels sprouts in a Thai vinaigrette sauce, swordfish, and a beef tenderloin all as good as can be. The owner's skills in the bar made for some delicious drinks from his own infusion alcohols. Try his... More
