We stopped here after touring the Calvin Coolidge homestead a few miles up the road. What a great choice. THe brewery tour is just a short self-guided thing, they weren't even working when we got there, but the food made up for it. This is not fancy stuff, burgers, steak sandwiches, fries and the like, and of course, and wide... More

My husband and I were looking for a good place to eat lunch during our stay in Vermont, this place was suggested so we tried it. We visited in the summer and had the option to eat inside or outside, we chose inside since it was windy. The next choice was a barrel table or a picnic table, we went... More

We went here three times during our week long trip to Vermont. My husband is obsessed with beer and originally was the one who encouraged the first trip, but after tasting their delicious summer brew (try it!) and enjoying outdoor dining by the river, it was me who insisted that we return two more times. I am a vegetarian and... More

Have been there several times & love it!!! Was there today & Roy our waiter was great, the food was great. Loved the Jonas wings. My only complaint was there was no Blackberry Wheat. That was my all time favorite beer. Used to always have it in my house was sad when I went to buy some & found out... More

Even though tour was self-guided, it was interesting. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, very good food and nice selection of beers to taste.

We stopped by about 5 pm on a Sunday for some beers and a light meal. Very good beers and very decent pub food. Relaxing setting on the deck overlooking the rive. Recommend.

We went for lunch while on a day trip to Vermont. The food was very good. We were pleasantly surprised that pub food was so good. I had a meatloaf sandwich which was served open style with sweet potato fries. My husband had a salad and bratwurst with mustard sauerkraut. He said the salad was one of the better ones... More

When I'm having trouble getting to sleep at night, or dealing with a long, cold winter, I envision the deck at the Long Trail Brew Pub to put my mind at rest. If I'm on the deck at Long Trail, it's a warm, sunny afternoon, and I'm on vacation in beautiful Vermont. I've worked off the maple creemee I had... More

The Long Trail Brewery is one of my favorite pubs anytime of the yesr. In the summer there is dining on the deck or the lawn, right on the river! In the winter huddle around the oversized fire pit. The brews are fresh and unique with a brew master who's trained all over the world. The food is pub fare... More

My girlfriend and I were hoping to eat at the Brewery after I just had completed a half marathon in nearby Woodstock and the staff was incredibly RUDE and unaccomodating. We were drawn there because of its location on the stream on a perfect late spring afternoon and we felt it would be a great place for us to also... More
