My favorite time to go is when the temps have just moved from the cool of late winter into the warmer springtime temps, and the sky is deep blue. While up for a family weekend we discovered The Marina. The place was full but our wait was under twenty minutes. Our waitress was excellent, always checking in with us. The haddock was super and my fiancée had the filet mignon which was perfectly cooked for her. The veggies were fresh and very tasty. All in all a very nice... More

Have loved this place since before the gorgeous rebuild. Light meal to full dinners all great, big windows right on the water. Great for kids, groups.

Great food, good service and atmosphere! We ate here two out of three nights and I would have been happy to go back as the menu was so good.

We had never been here but friends kept telling us to go. The food was quite good for a menu that was broad but not necessarily innovative. But the service was top notch and the views were breathtaking being right on the Connecticut River. Ask for a table upstairs for an even better view.

last night my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were in the mood for someplace casual with good food. He had the fried clams with sweet potato fries, and they were delicious as they usually are. When he suggested the Marina I instantly was in the mood for nachos... I wasn't disappointed, even though all the cheese... More

Rebuilt after a fire and open again now for over a year, the Marina is pn Putney Road (Route 5) at the confluence of the West River and the Connecticut River, between Exits 2 and 3 on I-91. The beautiful waterview includes the Retreat Meadows, flooded by a dam since the early 20th century. The Marina has a complete bar... More
