Vastly improved fare, caring service

My husband says they are still charging extra for rice and since the entrees were nearly $20 each, they lose a star in my rating. That being said, Thai Bamboo is a very pretty, serene restaurant on Main Street looking out at a mini-garden, white tablecloths, well-spaced tables with fresh bamboo... read more

I love Thai food. But this one is not satisfactory. It's too sweet. Not exactly cooked the way it supposed to be. But the service is very good. Restaurant is beautiful.

Love the food here. Courteous staff and reasonable prices. I am always drawn to have lunch at Thai Bamboo whenever I'm in town.

We mostly order the Pad Thai because it is the best in Brattleboro. The other dishes are pretty darn good too. I hope they never close or I would be very sad!

Have not got to taste the food yet. But the wait killed the review no matter what. The young waitress was trying, but could not catch up. Dirty dishes sat on vacated tables for 1/2 hour.

Good food prepared and served well. Although the place was crowded and taken care of by one waitress she did an outstanding job of taking care of our food requests. The food is always good and we enjoy a relaxing meal there.

So glad we stopped here. I eat a lot of Thai and I love food with heat but I also want flavor -- Thai Bamboo did not disappoint. Their sauces were unique and spring roles and other dishes had surprising flavors that worked. Wonderful service and a large space.

I've been here to eat repeatedly ever since they opened. The food is always good, served promptly and at the correct temperature. They will also fill special needs/requests. Their seasonings are perfect, and portions generous All of this at a reasonable price. Enjoy!
