Great stop for locals and tourists alike

As a "local", I sometimes find myself bemoaning establishments that seem to be regular stops for tourists. Anything on a thoroughfare between big cities and ski areas seems subject to this rule, regardless of its apparent merit or lack thereof. (It's more to do with my own experience encountering... read more

I am a local and while I have never had a bad meal here, Vt country deli is viciously expensive. The parking is horrible and during the weekends it is packed with tourists. The baked goods, especially the apple pie are great. Be prepared to have a big crowd and to spend more than you originally intended when walking through... More

We stopped here on a road trip from NH to MA. This spot is literally right off of I-91. The parking lot is busy, so we parked at the store next door. The place itself was packed, but the servers were all busy and attentive. There is an awesome variety of food that all looks and smells amazing. My son... More

This is a fantastic general store type of deli. They have a long winding counter that has many options, such as baked mac and cheese, maple pulled pork, potstickers, fish, veggies, etc. There is also a made to order sandwich counter and a large dessert area. All the items I tried were very good to excellent. A lot of the... More

The deli has great food choices from some main dishes like homemade Mac and Cheese and pulled pork. Thereare many healthy sandwiches and homemade desserts. The food is fresh and excellent tasting. If you stop at this deli for a healthy stack or meal, u definitely nicely will not be disappointed.

Hot and cold selections, portions made to order. Gourmet desserts by the slice. Beverages, pastry, candy, cookies. Higher prices than most local stores but worth it.

I went here because our friend who took us to Vermont said that we absolutely had to go. Couldn't be happier that we went. The place is a gold mine. Everything is hand made and looks phenomenal. We had the maple and pumpkin bisque soup- maybe I was just hungry but it was kind of the best soup I have... More

The Country Deli has great sandwiches, salads and desserts. The pulled pork and macaroni and cheese is awesome. The close proximity to the entrance to interstate 91 makes it great for picking up snacks for long car rides home or dinner to go. Very good bakery items too!
