Has gone through a worthy transformation and serves fine beer and good, simple, hearty food. Service is best when Tomas is on so say 'hello' and engage him in conversation! Bring cash - no cards accepted.

This was a fun place to have a drink with friends. The food looked good though we didn't eat here. We just enjoyed visiting with the locals in the bar. This wasn't the place we were intending to stop for a drink but it was 100x better than the bar next door !!

We had a whole crew of Southerners in town for a wedding a few years ago, and we took over this bar for a good week. Great staff, good music, great beer. It was nice to find a watering hole all the way up in Vermont that made us feel right at home. I hope to come back some day.

the owner Jill was awful! She was not friendly. I felt like a bother. She would prefer to be nice to regular customers not new customers. I will never go back.

Not5hing spectacular, but a place to mingle with friends. Good selection of beers, and you are always welcome. The food is filling if not exceptional. Bill

You need to get to know Kip. Eat his wings, eat his black and blue burger, sit at the bar, and have a good conversation. This place is the best.

Came into town and looking for a place open late with drinks/food. The kitchen was closed when I got here, but they offered to make us something easy (chili, hot dog). I really appreciated the offer! Good value, solid bar atmosphere...good for all who are looking for a bar. Very welcoming environment.

We enjoyed a friendly meal at Kiplings. It was reminiscent of eating in an English or Irish pub. They were putting the newly refinished front door back up when we were there. That was fun to watch. The service was very friendly. We had fish and chips which were great. Fun place.

Fun small pub with great beers on tap. Yummy chili, but, the satanic wings were beyond hot with an odd delayed burn reminiscent of chemical burns.. beware....Not toxic but I worried...

I've been going to Kip's for years... since it was Mike's actually... and just can't say enough positive things about it. The owners, Kip and Jill, are regularly working the bar and are two of the most known people in town. They're quick to welcome anyone new and if you've never been there before they will have you meeting new... More
