Stopped here for lunch while passing though town. Cute little town with a few shops. Was pleasantly surprised with my chicken and avocado sandwich, it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Cajun chicken sandwich which he enjoyed. Fairly quick service and friendly waitress. Would definitely eat here again and highly recommend.

Very conveniently located on route 7, a French bistro with quality food. Service was friendly, wine list by the class was excellent and well-priced (nice for lunch), good menu, food was solid to pretty good. The restaurant is the cornerstore of a mini gastro-empire with a cooking school, catering and a bakery 250 feet further down. Very child-friendly

We stopped here for lunch after a long day of travelling. At first we were treated good, but it went downhill from there. We ordered a fish meal and the "Panini of the day" which was supposed to be ham, cheese, and honey mustard on ciabatta. We waited for a while and the food never came. I saw the fish... More

Café Provence, located in Brandon, VT is a jewel waiting to be discovered. The dining space is open and inviting. Tables are well spaced and there is not the feeling of being crowded. The food was outstanding, I had their special for the night which was a curry mushroom soup and for an entre, salmon over black rice with seasonal... More

I have gone to Cafe Provence many times over the years for dinner and lunch. The food is always excellent. It is a gem of a restaurant in downtown Brandon. I feel we are very lucky to have a restaurant of this quality in our midst. To top it off the desserts are over the top delicious.

We were on a two day long weekend and stayed at the Gazebo Inn in Brandon Vermont. (separate review). When we arrived, we asked about a dinner spot and they suggested Café Provence. We went for a rather early dinner as they were full later on that evening. When we arrived they showed us to our outdoor table right away,... More

Had the burger off the bistro menu. Very good. My wife had the BLT which was excellent. Both come with fries and a great salad. Moderately priced for lunch. Good service and the restaurant was very clean. I recommend this place for a great lunch.

My friend and I came here for a late lunch; I know that some of the reviews expressed a time issue; yes, service wasn't speedy (hence the 4 stars-should be 5 stars considering the food) but this isn't a fast food venue. We opted to eat at a table on the patio. It was a glorious VT day, the waitress... More

Four of us had dinner here Friday, All four meals, salads, entrees and wine was spot on. The service was as good as the meal!! Seeing the deserts in the case by the entrance enticed us to indulge!! Why did I only give this place 3 put of 5... NO ESPRESSO...the machine was "broken" and had been for some time!!!!... More
