To enjoy the full experience sit at the counter and enjoy the goings on as you consume your meal. Service is quick and friendly and food is ample , hot , and very tasty. Reminded me of the diners that I enjoyed as a youngster.

When in med school in Albany we used to drive up to the Blue Ben for breakfast as a treat, then maybe a little shopping in Manchester. We recently returned to the Blue Ben- 25 years later . TIME WARP!!! , nothing had changed it was still the homey classic diner with amazing food and service. If you are ever... More

Always try to eat a diner breakfast when I stay out of town. Blue Benn did not disappoint. Good service, well cooked Western omelet, crispy fried potatoes. I will return!

Saturday morning before the shopping trip our group of six stopped in to eat. The place was packed at 10 am! No worry; there were six open stools at the counter & we parked to a fun and delicious breakfast.

Waiting for a table is half of the experience. Good basic diner food with local personality flair. Loved the menu selections and overall experience. Sit at the counter for a shorter wait time and save room for the dessert selections.

The Blue Benn is a gem of a restaurant. Small, crowded, but the food is absolutely excellent. Do yourself a favor and get to it at least once. All the locals love it so you know it has to be good.

This is a great little diner that reminds me of road trips with my folks before Interstate Highway System was finished and the chains took over food service. Just about every type of diner and deli food one could wish for. The food is good and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Locals told us it is crowded often but I... More

This is a great little place. The atmosphere is unbeatable if you love old, authentic, hole-in-the-wall diners. It's one of those aluminum trailer style places with the twirly stools, fading formica tables and counter, and a little juke box at every table. The entire place was plastered with signs detailing different specials that seem to be offered all the time.... More

We were driving north on Rt 7 and hunting for a place to eat. We found this place and loved it. We had the roast beef open face sandwich, gravy and biscuits and chicken fried steak. We went very diner food. That is their specialty so it work out well. We loved every dish.

Our food was out within 10 minutes of placing the order! And better yet, it was PHENOMINAL! Our waitress, Jean, was an absolute sweetheart! Only complaint: the seats are a little uncomfortable!
