It's a diner

As an aficionado of old diners this one has the atmosphere one would expect. If it were mine (which it's not) I do some fixing up. The food is pretty standard diner food at very reasonable prices. Excellent service.

We were just driving around and decided to go here on a whim. What a fun find! The service was great, our breakfast tasted great and was reasonably priced. Go and check it out!

Went there for breakfast. The food is good, nothing unusual, but the building, a 1920's Worcester Lunch Car Co. diner is worth the trip alone. A quirky place filled with locals and no-nonsense waitresses.

It is an old dining car. Don't be thrown off from the outside, there is plenty of room. An up side is you can watch your food being cooked, as the grill is behind the counter. price is equal to the serving.

On 7/7/14. we were stopping in the area to break up a 3 hour road trip North and wanted to eat at Fathers Restaurant, but my facebook inquiry to them yielded the fact that they weren't open on Mondays, and THEY suggested the Miss Bellows falls diner. I ordered a huge clam roll that was delicious and loaded with fries... More

-Very cool atmosphere--converted train car, seemingly with much of the original wood, hardware, and booths. -Bellows Falls is full of free parking--including plenty immediately adjacent to the diner. -Gigantic pancakes available with either imitation or real Maple syrup (for $1.25 extra). Pancakes are huge and thick, though taste like their from a box. -Good, rich sausage gravy. -Bacon was very... More

Stopped here a while ago but it was quick and good. I always get 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, toast and homefries. The waitress was efficient the food came out quick and we were on our way. Enjoyable experience.

We visited Vermont recently and bought tickets for the train ride heading out from Bellows Falls. We had breakfast first in the TINY (like an airstream, tiny!!) diner called Miss Bellows Falls in downtown Bellows Falls, Vermont. The food was great and so were the prices, but the charm of that little place, built we were told in 1942, was... More

The diner was quiet and charming, with original detail & equipment which is awesome. Love that there are still places you can go 'back in time' to revisit how things were and that some things aren't taken over with time and simply removed as the town and city grows up around it. Food was exactly what I'd expected. The turkey... More
