Good Vermicelli!

This place is a great little place that you could easily drive by and not know it exists. It's a simple little restaurant with a great menu and the food does not disappoint. I've been to Phocali twice now and both times the service and food were awesome. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Geez! Finally! A decent Vietnamese restaurant in the Salt Lake area! I have tried so many Vietnamese restaurants looking for decent pho and bun (the vermicelli noodle salad bowl) and FINALLY I found Pho Cali. You know good pho by the soup and the soup was awesome. Fresh, flavored just right, not too salty, not too sweet, just right. And... More

Small restaurant, but the Pho broth is exceptional. The traditional garnish of bean sprouts, peppers and basil is always freshly washed and fresh looking.
