Apparently this is now Noodle and Chopstick, a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant! I had a good shrimp and pork spring roll, some excellent string beans, delicious kalbi beef, and a delicious fresh-made avocado smoothie. My partner's pho was very good, but could have used some more herbs. Our waiter, Tim, was very helpful with good suggestions and a total willingness to... More

Tasty Vietnamese dishes pretty true to authentic preparation and taste. $5 sub sandwiches and meat bowls with rice or noodles and a salad starting at $7.50! Quick, easy and good tasting. Meat marinades are awesome!

I dined here alone on a business trip and was very pleased. The place is casual and the food is delicious. The service was attentive even though their business was very steady for a Sunday evening. I would return and bring others.

Visiting SLC, we were steered to Pho Green Papaya by family living nearby. WOW, so glad we ate here. We had their spring rolls, egg rolls, potstickers and green beans for appetizers (shared among the 5 of us), then ordered another set of potstickers (fabulous!!), and shared around tastes of a wonderful Pho with chicken, the Tonkotsu ramen with pork,... We started with green bean appetizer and the flavors were great. The Pho' was excellent, the broth had good flavor and the portion size was right. The Banh Mi, however, the flavors were rather subdued and the sandwich could have used more of the pickled veggie mix....so I wouldn't order the sandwich again. Overall the experience was very good, the... More

A friend recommended this place for "dry soup". Unfortunately they don't serve dry soup anymore. I had the special pho' and it was good. Could have used a little more tripe and tendon, but the noodles and the broth were delicious. I also had a Thai tea. It was as good as most that I had in Thailand. When in... More

We went there with a friend, it was our first time there. You have to go up to a counter to order yourself. Staff was nice at first and answered questions about the menu. After that they informed us that they were out of chicken so there goes half the menu. Ordered our food as well as boba drinks. When... More

We wanted to find a West Valley restaurant that was something new and different for us so we tried the Pho Green Papaya. Traditional Chinese food has long been a favorite of ours, so we were delighted to expand our eating experience with a number of new dishes recommended by our friendly server Vincent. We didn't know Vietnamese food could... More

We dine here every chance we get. Love the coconut drink, fresh spring rolls, P8 steak & brisket pho, mango sticky rice to top it all off. Having brought friends and family along everyone agrees this is the best place for the best Pho experience in Utah.

We were rather disappointed with the Green Papaya. We had poked our heads in months ago during a stop by Bucket O' Crawfish (which shares the parking lot) and thought the Green Papaya looked very good. The smells are right, the decor was good, and the selection on the menu is bigger than we have locally (in Orem). So we... More
