Authentic Mexican Taco Truck ... without the truck

I enjoyed the Menudo, and my wife had a chicken enchilada -- she asked for cheese, but admitted that the chicken she got was a... read more

Good authentic food inside of a Spanish market. I took advice of other reviews and got the smothered spicy pork burrito. The burrito was ok, the spicy salsa was good. Not worth the $12 price tag on just the burrito. That's with no rice and beans and before a drink.

I thought $2 for a single street taco was way too pricey. It tasted just ok. It was fresh, though. The building is an old gas station/convenience store that has been converted, but it still looks like a convenience store.

I was in the mood for Mexican food. Pulled in to an old gas station and wow authentic Mexican food made fresh. I really enjoyed my spicy pork smothered burrito, one of the best I have ever eaten. I recommend this place. Great food.

Not fine dining, but great food. $2 barbacoa, carnitas, asada etc. tacos. I had a 'chile relleno burrito ($8). Sorry, I ate it before I remembered the photo. Taco el Gordo is in an old convenience store on Main Street. Small, functional indoor dining area with a few market items. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and portion... More

The food was cooked fresh and tasted good. But we're sitting inside a convenience store staring at a great big fridge.

It's basically a home base for a taco truck at an old gas station. Fast taco truck food. Nothing fancy and not a lot of selections. There is also a little Mexican market inside w about 5 tables to sit down. The tacos were good.

I had fabulous chicken tacos here. They also had a great selection of imported sodas out of Mexico, lime, peach, etc, with sugar no high fructose. Good food, good prices.
